Wow, what a terrible experience. First, my online order was not ready when promised. Then, when one of my Blizzards was finally ready, it was thinner than a milkshake. They wouldn’t turn it upside down because it would have spilled out and they wouldn’t give it to me free as their policy states, so I had them remake it. It was another 5 minutes before I got my other Blizzard and another 10 minutes before they finished remaking my first Blizzard. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for two Blizzards. That place was in absolute chaos and every customer was asking where their order was. The person in charge was yelling at the staff, and was totally unprofessional. It didn’t appear that yelling did any good whatsoever, it only seemed to make things worse.

Literally went to crap when the old owners sold it. So disappointing.
The most unprofessional, uneducated, rude, and entitled group of walnuts I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. You can tell them your order 3x and they will still make it wrong and then catch an attitude when you ask them to fix it. You’ll pay for extra toppings on your ice cream and they won’t add them. Don’t even try to speak to a manager, they have their heads too far stuck up there arse to care about customers. Save your money or take it elsewhere.

I ordered a cake from them a month in advance only to arrive and be told the cake had not been made. Reason given, "The cake maker had quit". No phone call was made to me, nor did they try in any way to inform me ahead of my pick-up date. Ultimately, I was given a cake out of the freezer with no discount, and hardly an apology.

Last night, I ordered some pretzel sticks, Which they did not put much salt on there and then I ordered a four piece and I Accidentally told the person at the drive-thru that I wanted BG sauce when I got up to the window, I asked the lady if I could switch out the BG sauce for another cup of ranch she rolled her eyes at me and sounded annoyed when she was telling the workers that she had to change the sauce she was acting as if I was trying to change my whole order not to mention the ranch was basically water! And then she handed me the Receipt with attitude not to mention, she ripped it
