A friend and I stopped for lunch at this Dairy Queen yesterday, and while my food was good, her order was incorrect, and the girl behind the counter was sullen and moody, and very belligerent when told that there was no ketchup on the counter by the drink machine and argued with my friend. It turned out, there was no ketchup anywhere on the counter and when shown she made a big deal out of dumping a whole box of ketchup in the bin

I went inside and personally spoke to an employee to order a Blizzard birthday cake a full week before I needed it. An order ticket was filled out confirming my order, contact information, and decoration and icing color choices. I specifically asked if I needed to pay now or at pick up and was told at payment pick up was fine. I show up on pick up day and the cake has not been made! They scrambled around searching for several minutes and never apologized for their mistake/ oversight. They only offered to pull one out of the freezer and find someone to write on it. (The cake decorator was gone for the day so who knows what the plan to "decorate" it actually was.) Very unprofessional management and poor customer service. I declined their last minute, toss it together cake offer and took my business elsewhere.

The ladies room was half out of order and half covered in blood and hair. The cashier tossed my cup, table# and receipt on the counter with a casual disregard and told me the amount of my change but did not give it to me till I made eye contact and trust my hand at her. Later I realized she was intent on keeping it as a tip. When she delivered my sundae, she stuck her finger in it. The soda nozzles have not been clean in a long time. I know this because after having floating specks in my cup I pulled one(crusty&smelly). I might have been a "Karen" but between everyone on their phones and running out to vape I don't know who was in charge. My how your standards have fallen.

We were at this Dairy Queen here @ 1840 Lee Ave SW Cullman , Al today Sunday March 3, 2024 after church 11:30am. I first got me a Starry drink - well it had black particles all in my cup. I took it up and showed the girl running the register whose name showing on the receipt Makayla. She said she would talk to the manager. I got a new cup and went back and got the Mugs root beer caffeine free drink. I drink my half cup of root beer and started to go back to get a little more but……I looked down in my cup and I’ll be darn if the caffeine root beer has particles all in it too. I too my cup and a napkin where I wiped it around inside the fountains where I had gotten my drinks from and ask for the manager. She finally came out to the counter and I showed her my cup and the napkin . It was no big deal to her. She just shook her head , said ok and walked away. She didn’t care or take initiative to even look at it or have someone to look at it . WE WILL NOT BE BACK . I should had gotten her name but when I report it they will know who the manager was for that particular timeWe came here last night for Ice cream and the man at the register and others were so nice. No complaints at all last night .

I ordered a blizzard a few weeks back and it was definitely more like a cup of ice cream. Didn’t say anything that time. I went in again this evening, and I ordered the same blizzard. Again, it was like a cup of ice cream with a few sprinkles of what makes it a blizzard. The quality for the price was unacceptable. I was told I could drive 8 miles back into town and they would remake it. I was really not wanting to drive back, but I did. The remake was the same. I went back into the store and said I’d just like my money back. Then the manager in the green shirt who never introduced himself nor had any customer service skills was so rude. Supposedly I was refunded my money back on my debit card. It did not go back on my card. So they took my money. Mr. Customer Service tried that “have a blessed night” phrase . Oh, we all know that Is the “bless your heart” phrase….multiple meaning. No sir….let’s not play that game. Just do your job and offer quality goods and quality service. Won’t be back. Sonic is just down the road. People are tired of paying for less than quality goods and no customer service. Just a very rude green-shirted manager who doesn’t introduce himself . I dished it back to him….no sir….you don’t get a pass on rudeness. Time for people to stop paying places money when they don’t offer the goods nor the service.

The tables were dirty. The Ketchup dispenser was empty. There was tea leaking out into the floor. Floor was dirty. Someone needs to check out the ladies' restroom. This used to be my favorite place to eat out, it's not anymore.
