I actually love driving through here. The manager is so polite and friendly. He gets your order out in a timely manner and he is super kind. Took his time with a person like myself who can be indecisive.

I used to love this place, but it has declined over the years. When the Hanceville location closed, I started to drive to this one, which is almost an hour away. The owner told me that they make donuts like 3 times a day, yet every time I go they are out of donuts. I went at 1:30 on a Tuesday......out of donuts, the next day 11:30 on Wednesday, out of donuts. You are a donut place. Seems like if you were out of donuts you would make more. That's the reason you exist, to make and sell donuts. The guy that is always their is full of excuses as to why they are out and has a bad attitude also. I'm usually all for the small local businesses, but with this type of service and lack of product, the new Dunkin Donuts they are building across the street is going to run this place out of town. If you are out of donuts at 1:30 and you are not gonna make more and close at 4 pm why stay open?

Dounuts are great when they have some. How sad went the last two today's In a row to find them not having much to Pick from. The white guy who is always there is very rude. Over heard him rudely telling a lady he don't sell Dounut holes over then in a dozen... He was rude to me when I asked why there wasn't much to choose from. Hope Dunking Dounuts wipes you out of business
My only problem is that I just want to keep eating the donuts. Ha ha
Hard to catch them open, maybe our schedules don't align but they're usually closed. When I get lucky and catch them open they're good.
