I placed an order this morning through DoorDash. First, the restaurant said they didn’t have paper in the receipt printer, so they didn’t start preparing my order until the dasher arrived and asked for it. When I received my order, it was incomplete: one dish is missing, and the bread from another dish was missing as well. On top of that, I ordered the eggs sunny side up, and they arrived literally raw and not edible. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but their phone number is not working.

Because of all these issues, I am requesting a full refund.

The wait was ridiculous had tables and booths available but had a 1 hour wait

Of course they were busy, but we got there, we were expecting a wait. We were there about 30 minutes and started seeing empty tables and the ladies up front was not seating anyone. Finally, they seated to groups in the dinning room behind us but still not seating in the room we could see with the five empty booths. So after 45 someone asked how long the wait was, she was told probably 30 minutes and 50 minutes for couples of 2. We decided to leave, and when we did in the room we could see there were still 5 booths empty. The two girls working the front was horrible. We won't go back. Sorry but that's the way it was.

Let me just say I have been going to Denny’s in Cullman for Christmas breakfast since we moved here in 2014. Today’s service was 💯 the absolute best I have ever received. Big shout out to the young man in the holiday suit serving up the smiles all morning long. Bryson was an absolute treat and took such good care of our family. 🎅🎄

We had a slam for breakfast and instead of hash browns we had redskin potatoes. . The food and serve was good. As always Tasha took great care of us.

The employees were friendly. The service was great. The food was not. My husband eats everything, and I do mean everything. Not this time. Don't waste your money.

The heat was on in July. It was insanely hot in there. My husband's order did not get put in, so he didn't get to eat. I paid $3 for one cup of coffee and was never offered a refill - once the waiter realized he messed our order up and apologized, he made himself scarce and didn't come back to the table. All in all, the food was NOT worth the prices, and we were not the only table having issues. Will not go back.

This Denny's is extremely dated & needs remodeling. I stopped by this Denny's on my way home from Tennessee for a specific dish (Cinnamon Roll Pancake Slam) that, sadly, wasn't made correctly. I was so disappointed, especially because we don't have a Denny's where I live & I really wanted the Cinnamon Roll Pancake Slam.
