I love the staff but they all need to be on the same page when it comes to making the sweet tea. It fluctuates to much on a day to day basis and I think they need to have the best tea maker train the rest of the staff so the taste of the sweet tea stays consistent other than that, I love the staff and store

Went in to get coffee and a donut. One girl was working the drive thru, the other waited on a customer in the lobby. When she got thru with that customer she went to the back, I waited but she didn't come back and the other kept working the drive thru, I left and won't go back.

Womp womp to you Karen. Here is my opinion. This Dunkin’ in cullman has been my best place to go to the atmosphere has been amazing every time I go the best crew I have seen there was Shelly, Yanely, and Ben. They have helped me with finding the best drink for me and I get it there every time nothing ever changes. They have been the best afternoon crew I have ever met! They always make sure my donuts, drinks, and food are always on top! I will always be going to this place no matter what.

i’ve had 4 different experiences with this dunkin and only 1 was pleasant . my food is is always wrong, they need to be checking the order before they hand them out. as for drive through- there’s is never a introduction like “welcome to dunkin my name is “. “ what can i get for you?” and they aren’t ever helpful with questions.. i really enjoy dunkin so i keep going but something has to change.
