Good pizza and tasty brews. Service started slow but improved to excellent. I would return, it is worth checking out!
Ethos craft brewing has an amazing atmosphere, exceptional quality beer, the most friendly & welcoming staff, and it's a MUST visit. Highly recommend if your ever in the area. Can't say enough positive things about this place.
Trivia night for Christmas vacation was fun along with good food, drinks and company!
Wow, wow is all I can say!!! What a fun and different out of the box place to come and enjoy lunch/dinner. There are two great parts to this place bloom winery, which has one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, and the brewery, which is awesome. Such friendly people, great atmosphere, and the vibe is industrial yet cozy. We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family with us. Spread the word guys, this is a hidden gem.
Great service and beer!
In town for the weekend, and I stumbled upon Ethos/Bloom-- my partner and I went twice! They have good beer, good pizza, enjoyable atmosphere, and Alisha, and the entire staff, really, were incredibly friendly. Would recommend!
Atmosphere was great and Eliesha was super friendly! Highly recommend visiting!
I tried a flight of all the sour beers and they were pretty good. We also tried a couple of the cocktails and they were pretty good also. We got two different pizzas from the wine place which were ok but kinda expensive for the size.
Hosted a class reunion here and it was the PERFECT place! We will definitely be back. Great music, drinks, and atmosphere.
Had a fantastic experience at Ethos Craft Brewing! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Sad to say BUT….it you are going out to drink and don’t mind looking for a waitress or trotting up to the bar any time you need a refill, then proceed to explain to yet another staff where you are sitting and or that NO you do not have a tab because there is not a single individual that works more than 30 mins without a 20 min break and you may need something writhing that time, then go for it.
We had never been here before & had anticipated visiting.
I will say the 1st bad feeling was when we walked in and there was ZERO staff seating anyone, so we seated ourselveves and even after we were spotted by staff, not ONE sole approached our table of (3). We sat watching them go here and there, stand together and chat then separate to go elsewhere, yet never ONCE were we asked or directed if we needed anything o had questions.
Finally after standing in a line at the bar register for 10+ minutes, my better half got an opportunity to ask about a possible menu or even if they were able to serve us tonight.
(There was not even a 1/4 of tables with people at) he was told that the Bloom Winnery was where the food came from so if we wanted food he needed to go back up to the entrance door and order food from a staff member when he them pass by but if he wanted alcohol he would need to pay separately at the bar for it.
After MUCH FRUSTRATION & TIME KILLED, we ordered pizza to rid the hunger. And of course we got a 20oz coke, a water and a “flight” at the bar separately (RIDICULOUS)
Food arrived and not only was the service from the servers immature & unappealing, the dollar store paper plates we received to eat the pizza on were gross! The thought of spending $50 on pizza and you are given “that” as a plate???
Then let’s talk food quality-well our pizza had pepperoni, cheese, banana peppers, olives & mushrooms on it. The mushroom pieces appeared to be just drained and dumped out of a can atop of the pizza AFTER cooking as they weren’t even browned or hot. The crust appeared to be pre cooked as it was the only thing browned at all. There was ZERO taste difference that it was a pizza from an established eatery named Ethos in Cullman or from a gas station. We didn't bother bringing home our untouched leftover pizza as it would have been useless anyway to attempt to get a to go box.
Is it a place to eat or just a place to drink alcohol? They should make that CLEAR-how many businesses are there inside? And gosh consider changing your specialty away from the fire cooked pizza-JOKE for real!!!
There was NEVER one bit of service offered to us, the customer, from an employee at Ethos.
Biggest let down we personally have had in a while in a Cullman restaurant.
-I never claimed to be a photographer- apologies for the bad picture
Great spot, plenty of open space inside and out, the fanciest cornhole set I've ever seen, and if you get hungry pizza next door. Plus the beer is good and the bartenders are friendly. And seriously I think the cornhole boards are made out of marble.
Fun night of trivia, beer flights and pizza! Great atmosphere and service.
This was a just fun place. Very good pizza and drinks (bar also if your into that). Even had a live 2 piece singing performance. All in all just a great time.
Pizza is good, atmosphere is amazing and the beer is great
