We just spent $130 her at the Cullman location. My husband had to got back for the extra pickles we ordered and my chips for my combo. Then when they got home , they had forgotten to put in the au jus for the new “French dip “ sandwich. I mean what is a $20 sandwich when half the name is missing. We spent quite a bit of our money, and everything is getting tight lately FHS. Do better. I am so disappointed.
The cullman , Alabama location sucks half the staff should be fired. I came back four times and my sandwich has been wrong all four times , then when you sit there at the window waiting for them to open it to try and get the correct sandwich, they won’t even open it. The girl with the blonde hair and the pink tinsel should be fired

We had always had a great experience, until 2 weeks ago. We went on a Sunday and the food was horrible. The staff was unfriendly, overcharged us, and got our order wrong twice.

Absolutely HORRIBLE the last time I was there. Started off in drive thru behind 2 other vehicles at 820pm sat there was about 7 min and the car in front of me moved from the line and parked. The car at the speaker was still sitting there. It didn't seem like anyone was at the speaker, so I, too, got out of line and parked to go inside and order. When I walked in, the cashier wasn't friendly at all. There were about 6 employees just in a huddle in the back. Once I ordered, the cashier slammed my cup down on the counter as though she was upset. I made my drink and stood beside the gentleman that got out of the drive thru line. I asked him how long he waited, and he said about 10 min. Then apparently, the driver of the first car that was in the line came in to order as well. He said no one came to the speaker. I'm not sure if the drive-thru closes early, but if so, it's not hard to at least acknowledge the customer and let them know.
To top it off, they called my name for me to get my order, and they didn't put it in a bag or a tray. When I asked for a bag, she tossed it up on the counter for me to bag it. I usually just let things go and don't make a big fuss, but everyone who was working that night should all have to go through some sort of customer service class. Very rude and disrespectful group of employees. The food tasted great, but the service was awful

Freshest salad in town in regards of greens and meat. However, I’ve ordered the same salad five times in the past three weeks through the app. Four of the five have been incorrect. I hope service changes in which I can change my rating but until then, two stars
