First off, let me say I love me some fire house. BUT the last couple of times I’ve eaten in store there is food on the floor, and most tables. I had to wipe lettuce off of my seat before I sat down. The staff always look super thrilled to do their job (Sarcasm) maybe this generation just doesn’t want to work anymore, I don’t know. If you represent a company like firehouse, you should constantly be cleaning the lobby and making sure your guests feel glad you’ve visited.Food was good. Service and cleanliness was not.

The Food was sub par for a Firehouse Sub place ! I was Disappointed, th Drinks were not right ,full of carbonation! an Food wasn't Hot or Good !!!Wheelchair accessibility: There was Handicap parking an a Ramp !

It was just dead when we went. The female that was running the window never ever said Hi to Us or Nothing she was to busy talking with coworkers and doing their own thing. It took 22 1/6 minutes to get the ONE SUB we had ordered., We would understand if they were having a BUSY Day, but there was NO ONE ELSE there but US.. IT was VERY SAD and DISAPPOINTING to ME BECAUSE it was my VERY FIRST Time Eating there... SORRY but I have to give Y'all a ???on y'all's SUB SANDWICH ??????Vegetarian options: OkayDietary restrictions: OkayKid-friendliness: Wow this Day IT was AWFUL. WE were never spoken to at all. The female was more interested in what her and her CO-WORKER was doing and saying. FRIENDLINESS Was Very SAD. SORRY for saying this but it's the TRUTH.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as far as I seen it is Wheelchair accessible. MORE places need to be MORE Available to US DISABLED and Wheelchairs Folks. Use to Eat Firehouse a few times a week and Would always get a Military, First Responders or Police discount. I go up there today only to find out that they No longer give us the 10% discount instead you get a free medium drink. Just curious if it's this store that stopped the 10% or if it's corporate. Either way today will be my last visit I'll start using the local Sandwich Place Rumors bc they still honor there 10% for military, First Responders and law enforcement.
This is the 1st time we ever ate at a Firehouse Subs. It was really good. I had the Steak & Cheese sub and my wife had the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar sub. They were delicious!!!!!

Ordered an Original Meatball Sub on white for my Sister with Peppper Jack cheese just like she wanted along with a chocolate cookie. I also purchased a $3.00 5Gallon Pickle Bucket to help the Fireman & it'll serve a purpose for me as I am going on Holiday with a dog so I'm using the bucket for dog food & supplies for her. It's a Win-Win for me & the Fireman!! Merry Christmas, Y'all!!????
