The steaks we got today was I'm sorry to say was flavorless and more fat and grizzled. For the price we paid you would of thought that we would of got a slice of tomato on the salad, but nope just lettuce. Really disappointed.

Awesome lil place. Loved the staff and the food. Can't wait to go back for frog legs. Home cooking at its best. Like going to your mothers house to eat.

Wife and I ate thereSaturday night. Best steak we had in awhile, very thick ribeye, baked potato and a salad with drink for $30.00 each & a desert cup. These were not paper thin steaks, they were thick, enough for 2 meals. Thanks Freddy and the girls !

My friend and I tried out this little restaurant. It's an old house so it's kind of hard to maneuver throw for older people with health problems. The first thing we noticed though we walked through the front door and we were smacked in the face with the smell of mold and mildew, Even though everything looked really nice and clean and the food was fantastic. I had the hamburger steak okra mashed potatoes and it was just really good, But it does need that smell cleaned up whatever's causing it is you're walking the front door it's kind of messes with your mind When you smell that before you smell food.

Great German food! The Wienerschnitzel was wonderful, the brat and sauerkraut was delicious, and the hot potato salad was the best. I highly recommend!

Really great food. Shame it's only open for walk-ins a couple days a week. The burgers and fries are outstanding. One day I'll try the steak. They look fantastic.
Today was our first time visiting. Really great meat and 3 on Tuesday and Thursday. Lots of food options and plenty to share or have a plate for the next day. Outdoor seating was a plus. We plan on trying their Saturday night steak options in the future.Very reasonably priced for the amount of food served.

We very rarely go out to eat, but we decided to go somewhere last night. We had heard of this place for a couple years but had never been and thought we’d give it a try. I had the steer butt. I’ve never had a better steak at any restaurant ever in my life. It was seriously the best . It didn’t need steak sauce, and it was super tender (I got it med well). My daughter got the ribeye med rare and ate every bit of it. My wife got the chicken and gave it five stars. It’s very laid back as far as the atmosphere goes. Wasn’t crowded, but it should have been with food like that. The three of us ate for around $70 which is on par with places like Cracker Barrel etc (which is why we eat at home mostly). We don’t eat out much, but it’s a treat every once in a while, and my birthday is coming up and that’s where we will be going. I have that big honkin steer butt steak to look forward to!
