First time eating there! Had a to go order and my pick up time was 6:30. Didn’t get to sit down and eat until around 8:45 and it was still warm and absolutely delicious! Good sized portions, great taste, and good pricing!i can’t wait to eat here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Three of us ordered Chicken Alfredo and baked spaghetti at 2:45pm today. No rush hour, only a few customers in the restaurant. We needed a straw to drink or sauce it was so watery on all three dishes. The cheese bread was excellent but had to use most of it to soak up the thinned down sauce. When I spoke with the manager who came up from the bar...he explained it's a new sauce on the Alfredo and on the spaghetti he said it was the water from the tomatoes in their homemade sauce....which btw the menu doesn't tell you there's peppers in the tomato sauce either.
I know why it's named Grumpy bc all three of us were very disappointed even with a 10% discount we were told we were getting but didn't reflect on our ticket.

I want to like this place as much as my family does but honestly no. The pizza is just ok, the pasta dishes are an overcooked mushy mess smothered in cheese and the calzone was soggy and pretty flavorless. The service is passable but nothing to write home about.

The food was mediocre, mostly blah. I can't understand why they don't have real garlic for "Italian food".
Also, there is no grilled food per the name "Grumpy"s Italian Grill"
The staff was attentive, but refused to turn on the ceiling fan., be prepared to sweat out your meal whilst you eat it.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service was fine, but it was a bit cramped inside. The tables weren’t slaves out evenly causing it to feel weird to hear what the table(s) next you is talking about.

Parking: The parking was fine, it was pretty simple to find a spot.

Terrible service. The staff had terrible attitudes and we had to ask every time to get drink refills. They weren't busy so no reason for such slow service. Lazy staff!
