Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

Not much to say, my chicken wasn't fried hard like I asked, I ordered the tenders and waffles. Was supposed to be 3 tenders so I ordered an extra one but only got three...but the food was good no complaints except for those. Did I tip? Usually I do, however, didn't have it at the moment so that tender they forgot on my order was the tip.

Highly recommend! The food was excellent. Some of the best chicken we’ve had in Cullman. Service was a little slow, but it was well worth the wait to have FRESH tender chicken. We’ve found our new “go to” spot.

I don't know if I'm the only one... They NEVER answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time of the day I call. I don't like to have to wait 20 min on food when I could call it in. Coupons or Wing day you cannot order on line. There is no telling how much business they are loosing. They always says something is wrong with their phone and will call AT & T again!!!
I decided to test them, while I'm waiting, just me in there, I called and watched the phone ring and 2 employees are standing there by the phone. The light was flashing but the ringer wasn't on!! REALLY?

The food is good, but everytime I've ordered recently it's taken 25 to 30 minutes. Then somehow the food isn't even hot. I don't usually see a ton of people so I'm not sure why it takes this long. Most recently I waited 25 minutes checked how much longer and was told another 10 minutes. The actual flavor is good though, so if it was hot and didn't take forever it would be great.

If you’re tired of eating small chicken wings that look they came off the wimpiest chicken in the state, you’ll like Hangry Joe’s. Their wings look like the chicken could squat 350. I was surprised at how big they were. The give them just the right amount of spice. My mouth didn’t burst into flames so it was a nice experience. Staff was friendly as well. I’ll definitely eat here more.

Specifically asked for food to be a certain way, which wasn’t hard only taking off peppers, well the cashier thought that meant that I just wanted chicken and fries instead of loaded fries, I had no sauce no cheese and barley any fries, and I ordered a kids Mac and cheese with a side of chicken and well they gave me Mac and cheese and no chicken then told me I’d have to pay for chicken even though it was on my receipt, and on top of all that we waited 50 mins for food

Great flavor of the food. Best part is the portion size.

Loaded Mac and cheese has more than one whole chicken breast on top of the Mac and cheese.

Place is clean and staff is very friendly.

This is how you do it.

Wings are huge!!! I got the wild thing sauce. Really does not have much heat. Kinda more sweet and sticky.
