Hardee's use to be my first choice for breakfast. Not anymore. Over the past months I noticed a change in the quality and quantity of the food. The food has been burnt, cold, small portions, and once uneatable. The last 3 times I ate at Hardee's, items were missing from my order. I know mistakes do happen, but this is not a mistake, it's poor management.
Management is good had an order that was messed due to online ordering. Manager and staff were very accommodating and very nice. Made it right and I really appreciate them.
