The fact they serve breakfast til 12 is top tier. This is mainly what I have, I can't speak on non breakfast items. Biscuits are the best, always properly baked, fluffy & not greasy! The breakfast drive thru guys (always 1 of 2 men that I get) are very friendly & fast!

I eat here around 9:45 most Sunday mornings after church. Lately the drive through is backed up and people are inside complaining. This morning I witnessed the front staff arguing with the kitchen staff, along with the "Doordash" woman. Please keep your problems away from you dine-in guests.

Came in this morning (12.11.24) and placed an order of biscuits and gravy. Very quickly I could tell my order got lost. There were 3 females working up front and they told the customers that there was only one person working in the back. After 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go back up to the counter and ask for my order. The cashier went behind in the kitchen to make it. I didn't receive my hashbrowns. The cashier was polite but this location needs some help.

They looked very short handed out fries were great out sandwiches on the other hand were ice cold wouldn't have even called them warm. Alot of dirty tables and back in the kitchen area needed to be swept. They could definitely do better.

Kid-friendliness: Kindness & accommodating with professionalism (they were out of pink lemonade that my daughter asked for, so they offered to make a sprite with pink syrup).. my kid was happy!!
I waited in line for fifteen minutes on a single biscuit and gravy to find a long black hair in the middle of my biscuit. It was almost a foot long. Very disgusted!

Service seemed like they were totally checked out from work and were very inattentive. As a little treat, they left a strand of hair in my burger. That’s gross.
Edit: there are even more hairs! Looks like beard hairs. I sent a support request to corporate and will update here if I get anything back.

Today is Monday, October 14, 2024. My daughter and I come to Hardee’s on our way to the Dentist stop for breakfast. She doesn’t have a top biscuit on her chicken biscuit and then my gravy looks like mashed potatoes for biscuit and gravy. Come on Cullman County get your shit together, this Hardy sucks
