Order chicken and chicken strips, chicken was bloody inside,overcooked on outside orders mixed up, water was pink almost red, management was rude swapped chicken fo cheeseburger didn't get difference in price!! Manager said ugly things to us!! Very rude,bad people working in Jacks 157 in Cullman al!!!

I understand being short staffed and having to wait on food . When you have to wait in the drive thru over 30 minutes and when you get your food it taste bad it not worth waiting. This Jack's has always been good and moved the lines but lately it has gotten so bad the only way you move up in line is when so many cars leave because of the wait.

The cashier was super rude, as soon as order was placed for a chicken tender meal the girl responded that will be a long wait.. you still want it even if wait is 20 minutes....what???? I can order mexican food or pizza and wait longer...the management here needs to realize that its us the customer who pay their checks will not be returning here and hope they fix their issues with employees

We stopped in for a late breakfast and the cashier (the female)just stood there and didn't say anything. If we hadn't seen the order on the crash register she would have gotten it wrong. It was clear that she didn't want to be there. We weren't the only ones who had to wipe our tables because it hadn't been done in so long. We asked the manager off she knew people had to clean the tables to sit at and she said she wasn't aware what was going on. The food was great but the service was awful!
We stop in quite often since we live close by. Always get good service and the food is also good. Servers are friendly.

I always enjoy stopping by for breakfast following my Dr visit at the near by hospital. Everyone is friendly and food is fast and consistent. Tasty as well.

Their breakfast is great! Gravy and biscuits, sausage, egg, cheese biscuits are the best! We eat here every Sunday morning.
