This location never honors their own app. We were there today and were told the app doesn’t work. This has happened multiple times at this location, but the app works fine at other Jack’s locations. We couldn’t redeem points or offers and were told the manager couldn’t help us. When we asked for a manager, the front employee was rude.

The app never seems to work at this location. I can never use my points or any offers that are in-store only here. Why don’t they fix this? Other Jack’s do not have this problem. When I asked if a manager could approve the reward, I was told no, and then the employee got an attitude. The food is good but because the service always sucks, I give it one star. Also, when I do a complaint on the app and I say I want a response, no one ever responds. Oh and I also had to clean my own table to be able to sit there.
We are Jack's fans and this one does a good job as so many of them do. Everything tastes so fresh and good. Mine is a special order and they always get it right. That is pretty unusual for a quick serve restaurant. The employees are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Yes we will be back to this or one of their many other locations.

The food was typical Jack's as far as its taste. But the order was completely wrong as far as the specifics we requested on or off our burgers. The only reason I gave him a 3 on atmosphere is because we went to the drive-thru and I wasn't going to give them a five because nothing else rated that high but I didn't want to give them a one simply because I did not experience the atmosphere. A 3 seemed Fair

Sometimes it's good foods hot drinks cold and there gettingbthe job done but other times not so much. I ask them if they could cut my burger in half because of cancer I can't bite as before an die say no . We don't do that here but here's a knife ( plastic) it's really funny I guess. I said are you kidding That boy back there He can't cut it in h a lf all im gonna have is a mess . But I just left because I didnt won't to cause any problem But thought it was sorta rude tk. Came in, ordered a large fry for about $3, the young man, maybe 16 didn't greet me, then gave me the emptiest box of fries I've ever seen, he didn't offer me one of there many sauces but in the end I did get some after asking. I told him to have a good day... it would have been better the other way around. Please work on customer service, hospitality and portioning your food. This was pitiful.

No one would wait on us. Ashley was suppose to but was to busy sweeping the floors. Just looked at us. We said we couldn't get waited on. And still wouldn't. Either would any one else. They plainly saw us.
