Ordered mushroom burger. Had nothing but a patty and bread. Ordered a bacon big jack. No bacon on it. Ordered chicken plate. Chicken was dried up and greasy. Tasted old. I have been to other Jack's and food was great. So disappointed in this place. When telling employees about these problems they just act like they don't care. They need to take lessons from the one in Bolivar TN and Corinth MS. They are great.

I ordered thru drive thru. Spent $30+ on biscuits and drinks. Got to the window and they called out my biscuit order but not my drink order . Pregnant girl said she was too tired to do her job. They gave me my drinks and I was about to leave and my kids was like "we didn't get our food". I parked by the side door, went in and told them I only got drinks and no food. They proceeded to argue with me saying that they gave me my food. Wanted to argue for 20 minutes. I wasn't leaving without my whole order. Very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing at all.

Me and my family went to jacks at 11:28 and tried to order some biscuits and I’ve worked there I know they still do breakfast just not eggs grits and sausage gravy but the girl taking our order lied and said they wasn’t serving breakfast instead of arguing we just left she was rude from the beginning and sounded irritated that she even had to take our order that was the worst service I’ve gotten from anywhere it was highly disappointing and disrespectful

It has black mold on the ceiling in the dining area from AC leaks. And the ceiling was leak beside us while ate.

Coffee is so weak you can see the bottom of the cup. Only at West Point. 3 other jacks in Cullman and one in Hartselle never serves coffee so weak you can see the bottom of the cup. I usually throw my coffee in the parking lot and drive 3 times as far to another jacks and buy another cup. Only live 2 miles from West point and would like to get my coffee in West point. Fix it . You are the only jacks that does it.
