I’ve been coming here for years and usually love this coffee shop, but today was disappointing. It wasn’t busy, yet it took 24 minutes to get my coffee. When I said “thank you,” the barista just turned away. The staff seemed more focused on talking about their shifts and concerts than helping customers. I really hope this was just an off day — this place is normally so much better. I’m leaving this review not out of frustration, but because I truly value this place and want to see it continue to be the warm, customer-focused coffee spot it’s always been.

I came in today after school to get a good drink and I was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, the cashier Chris Riggs went above and beyond to make sure that I was greatly taken care of he gave me a great drink recommendation on the new fall menu

I stopped by for a quick pick me up. I'm terrible at ordering coffee but Chris let me throw a few words at him and he made me an AMAZING white chocolate mocha iced coffee. Perfectly sweet and exactly what I needed. They were incredibly friendly!
The coffee was DELICIOUS! I would never spend that much on a coffee everyday (was $8 for this medium); but, for a treat sometimes it's definitely worth it.

I stopped in karmas for breakfast and spent 20.00 for one cup of coffee and a egg and sausage sandwich . The frist cup was just foam and the breakfast sandwich was nasty. I wont be stopping here again.
