Don't understand how people can't count anymore. Ordered a 10 piece and got 9 and of course the white meat was what they shorted. Or maybe they are just cheating you on purpose since you want know till you get home. It's got too point not worth eating out, could care less if they all closed down.

Very run down. Walls coming apart in dinning area. Two hours to close and out of original chicken. Food was ok After standing at the counter with three employees not two steps away not one would acknowledge that we were there cup in hand for a refill of tea. Finally ask if they could help us. It is now One hour and a half before close out of tea sweet or unsweetened tea. Will try the another KFC if we try again.

Ok guys idk what is going on here. We ate here about a month ago and they left our mashed potatoes and biscuits. Well we went tonight on 4-21 and they left out a piece of chicken and gave me mashed potatoes and no gravy and my biscuit was hard. I use to never have a issue with them

Got home had 2 Mac and cheese instead of Cole slaw and cream potatoes tried to call out there lone was busy so I had to go all the way back out there was not happy about it that was extra gas and miles I didn't care about using and putting on my vehicle they need to recheck there order before sending it out even though they made it up was not happy with my order and could not even get thru to them on the phone wish I had mader a photo
I have been to this KFC so many times and the drive through women are always so nice and welcoming but I have been having problems with my orders the last few times, so I go in and pick it up. I checked it and it was wrong and when I tried to speak to the manager, boy did she literally act like I was asking for the impossible, and by that I mean I asked for cole slaw and I was given mac n cheese. This manager not only made it so awful trying to get my order correctly but her husband was running his mouth to me, telling me that I should do this and blah blah. He is not an employee and had no business talking to me at all. I will never eat anything from this company again. So sad to, I work 12 hour shifts and I just didn’t want to drive home with the wrong food for my family. This manager should not be in management at all and people like you ma’am are the reason why this KFC doesn’t have the business!
Got there late, close to closing. It's a normal thing for them to be low or out of things on the menu at the end of the day, it's KFC, finger licking good! And it really is. This one especially and the awesome people that work there are super friendly, and make sure you leave happy and full. Thank you to last nights team and their hard work and kindness!!!! Our dinner and dessert was perfect and delicious!!!!

Today I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal, original recipe. It was so overcooked the only thing edible was 2 legs. The rest had to be thrown away.
