Got home had 2 Mac and cheese instead of Cole slaw and cream potatoes tried to call out there lone was busy so I had to go all the way back out there was not happy about it that was extra gas and miles I didn't care about using and putting on my vehicle they need to recheck there order before sending it out even though they made it up was not happy with my order and could not even get thru to them on the phone wish I had mader a photo
I have been to this KFC so many times and the drive through women are always so nice and welcoming but I have been having problems with my orders the last few times, so I go in and pick it up. I checked it and it was wrong and when I tried to speak to the manager, boy did she literally act like I was asking for the impossible, and by that I mean I asked for cole slaw and I was given mac n cheese. This manager not only made it so awful trying to get my order correctly but her husband was running his mouth to me, telling me that I should do this and blah blah. He is not an employee and had no business talking to me at all. I will never eat anything from this company again. So sad to, I work 12 hour shifts and I just didn’t want to drive home with the wrong food for my family. This manager should not be in management at all and people like you ma’am are the reason why this KFC doesn’t have the business!
Got there late, close to closing. It's a normal thing for them to be low or out of things on the menu at the end of the day, it's KFC, finger licking good! And it really is. This one especially and the awesome people that work there are super friendly, and make sure you leave happy and full. Thank you to last nights team and their hard work and kindness!!!! Our dinner and dessert was perfect and delicious!!!!

Today I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal, original recipe. It was so overcooked the only thing edible was 2 legs. The rest had to be thrown away.

It is one of the better KFCs and is also one of the remaining ones that still carry chicken livers that I know of in a 25-mile radius. Each vist the food was hot and fresh. The staff was also nice and easy to order accurately from.
I am ssooo tired of KFC being out of chicken!! Isn’t that kind of their only job? Was told I’d have to wait at least 17 minutes because they were out and going to put some more down. Fail

In the interest of full disclosure, I've never been a fan of greasy chicken, so this probably isn't the most unbiased KFC review you could find. I used to eat there considerably more often when they had grilled chicken, but that's been gone a few years now. So now I probably eat there about once a year or so. Which, in this case, turns out to be infrequent enough that I was shocked to see the tiny morsels of bread that they are now selling as "biscuits". And it looked to me like the sides are smaller portion sizes now too, but without any empirical evidence, this was purely a subjective observation.In my opinion, this place would deserve a four-star rating if they brought back grilled chicken and full-sized biscuits.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered two meals and a ten piece nugget a la carte and a single biscuit as well. There should have been three biscuits in the bag and we didn't get a single one.. and the food was chilled. Super sad.

We got there and they told us they had no chicken that they closed in 10 mins and would take an hour to cook,and I've been in the restaurant industry you don't start shutting down your establishment till closing time. That means they started shutting down about and hour to an and half early. The grease was already cool.
