The lady behind the counter was rude, she said give me a minute. The drive thru was backed around the building. 15 minutes later I asked her if we could order and she said I got to get the drive thru done first you will haft to wait. There were more cars pulling into the drive thru so we would never get to order. I asked her again if we could order she said No I told you I got to get drive thru done. I left and went to the KFC in town. They were plenty of people working there that could have helped but they were to busy in the back side laughing and having a good ole time doing nothing. I will never go back to that KFC again.

I will no longer make purchases from this store and I suggest you stop too. $30 should fill 2 adults and a child, unfortunately, my child's food was not in the bag along with the rest of the food. Wasn't refunded or replaced. Chicken was hard as a rock, the famous bowl apparently no longer have chicken in them and the mashed potatoes taste like they were 'mashed' by feet. Do better KFC employees. The only thing out of my order that was decent was the 1/2 gallon beverage bucket.

Went through the drive through waited 5 minutes to order then waited for about 20 minutes before driving off. They wasn’t even busy !
Was there on Wednesday about 7pm. Waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the counter or even acknowledged I was there. So I left and went somewhere else. Will not be back. Worst service I’ve seen at a kfc

Food was cold, obviously had been cooked some time ago. Biscuits and fries rock hard. A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH HORRIBLE FOOD. When contacted, management did NOTHING to address the issues. I strongly DO NOT recommend this restaurant!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. He offered their dessert when I ordered but I was skeptical. As I was eating, he brought over a sample of the desert so I could try it. I will stop at this location again when I'm in the area ❤️
