The staff was super friendly and helpful. He offered their dessert when I ordered but I was skeptical. As I was eating, he brought over a sample of the desert so I could try it. I will stop at this location again when I'm in the area ❤️
I was recently stranded with 3 horses in Cullman. I couldn't fit in the drive through with my trailer and the lobby was closed for staffing issues caused by the storm. Not only did the manager Dwayne let me in and serve me. He carried buckets of water to my horses in the trailer to keep them safe. Employees like this are hard to come by. Thank you KFC and thank you Dwayne.
I ordered original chicken wings with biscuit, and original chicken breast with biscuit. No biscuits, the chicken was crispy not original recipe. I live in Trussville, so going back to Cullman was not an option. I pass through there once a month when going to see my daughter. I should know by now to check my order before leaving the parking lot.
