I stop at LC 3 times a week from Birmingham to Huntsville. This one is always the slowest . The drive trew is top priority. Me and 4 people stood waiting to order for 12 minutes without even taking order. Drive trew got all the pizzas while we stood there. It wasn't even really busy . You would think around 11 they would cook 10 pizzas for lunch. I've worked fast food lunch is always crazy but there was only 6 people total.

Waited 20 mins over a simple stuffed crazy bread. She said it'd be a few minutes. Obviously more than a few min. There are more workers than I have seen in a while but there seemed to be more arguing than working. Inside the store and outside. Guess they forgot about us. This isn't our 1st issue but honestly more seemed to get done with less workers. I honestly would rather go way out of my way to go to the one on 157 than to deal with this all the time. To top it off the bread was disgusting. Cheese completely busted out of it like someone crushed it with there hands and when picking it up the butter and the seasoning went everywhere. Dripping wet and soggy.Very disappointing.

Did a mobile order and asked for mushrooms and peppers only half my pizza, my husband can’t eat mushroom, upon walking in we were ignored by the front counter person who only had one person in the drive thru? Finally was talked to by the manager (if not she should be) who seemed like she doing everything herself. And we got both peppers and mushrooms all over the pizza.

Worst place ever,a bunch of inbreds working here,order wrong,waited 40 mins to get my order after I called it in..4 people waiting and all their orders were wrong,employees in back yelling and cussing at each other while the other 3 were right outside the front door smoking...I never knew how hard it was to make a pepperoni pizza no sauce until I visited cullman,Alabama...I sat there and watched employees coming in off brake not even washing their hands straight to making pizza?...btw I waited 40 mins for my order and it Still came wrong...smh not to mention if you call your order in a call center from Indonesia answers..

They didn’t want to take my money. They did but said they wasn’t sure they could take my money because it was a large bill. Even though it was during lunch time! Everything we asked if they had or could fix we were told no! The pizzas were good, no complaints there!Parking: There’s a lot of cars there because Theresa several businesses there. But you can still find a parking spot.
If I could their would get a 0. I tried to call and place an order. I got someone in a different state and that can't hardly speak English. They said they could help me and then said they can't and put me on hold for someone at the store to help me. None answered the phone and after 30 mins I hung up. That is sad. I just wanted a lunch special with No cheese.
