Ordered 30 mins ahead of time a Supreme pizza without pepperoni called and explained to them pizza did indeed have pepperoni and the topping were stuck to the cardboard manager wants me to bring the pizza back for "proof" there was pepperoni on it and I explained I didn't have gas to make the extra trip but I would take a picture and come back Friday rude management and poor customer service

It takes a little longer on Fridays ,but other days are better. Understaffed most of the time because people won't hold a job , but they do terrific with the staff they have. ?, even offered to help me take out my large order. People waiting for basic pizza orders at 11:15, no hot and ready was ready…waited 45 mins for my pizza. Flys everywhere and the two people working was arguing over a big order while holding my pizza in their hand and I had to actually interrupt them to ask for my pizza…..MANAGEMENT is NEEDED in a BAD way.

Check your order BEFORE you leave! Online it shows a ultimate supreme pizza as being pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I get home and instead of green peppers I have black olives. Now I have to pick all these off because no one in my family likes them. Learn your own recipes correctly. They also tried to send me off without giving me the drinks I ordered. They seemed surprised when I had to remind them.

Beware- this is what a ‘supreme’ deep dish looks like- barely any toppings. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone with me to discuss this issue. And since this location isn’t corporate owned their is absolutely nothing these folks are going to do to improve in the future- your only going to get 1 ‘scoop’ of toppings. I should have complained about the supreme pizza I paid $10 for 2 days ago- same issue. BET money I will give ALL my business from now on to the hwy 31 Little Caesar's in Cullman from now on!!!Update- I have NOT been back in over 2yrs ?
