The service was absolutely horrible. Seven in our party but only six received their meals. Server only returned to our table to bring our check. No drink refills and was visibly upset because we reminded her of the missing meal. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting for food and then watching everyone else in our party eat, she was visibly angry when we requested the meal packaged to go. The meal and drinks were slammed down on the table, one spilling into dishes and laps, she walks away with no offer of assistance., leaving us with nothing but our used dinner napkins to clean up the spills. If this is the way Logan’s allows their servers to treat their guests, we will go elsewhere to eat.

Our server was not nearly busy enough to be as poorly served as we were. We waited entirely too long for our food to be served room temperature. We did not get the high chair we requested until my daughter went to get it herself, which was after several times asking. No refills at all.

We had lunch with friends, Tuesday @ 11am. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We certainly appreciated that!My husband ordered the fall off the bone ribs and tenders. The fall off the bone ribs were very dry and was not close to being tender at all. He could eat the ribs but said tenders were good. Our friends meals were good.
I always love coming here but especially since I’ve found my new favorite waitress, Callie! She’s amazing and went above and beyond for my busy table this morning. I always like to request her as my waitress when I come to town. My experience with her is always a 10 and most definitely a 5 star! The restaurant is the cleanest Logan’s and all of the staff is very friendly and my dining experience is always top tier. Logan’s is our go-to special occasion restaurant.

I have been coming for a long time for the grilled chicken but now it is not the same. I tried 3 more times but the marinade is different and the chicken has to be a cheaper kind. It is not the same texture. The service is excellent but I am now ordering just a few sides for my meal. I hope the company goes back to the chicken they were purchasing before.
