We ordered a pepperoni magnifico for our kids through DoorDash. Somehow the order turned out saying that we requested no pepperoni so we got a cheese pizza instead. I called, they said they would remake it but I would have to pick it up. I’m tired but no problem I’ll go get it. I drove from Westpoint to Marcos in Cullman where some chick with face piercings lectures me saying they won’t do it again because they just do what the receipt says which I get but at the same time...read full review
They made a mistake on a pizza order and the. Told me I’d have to wait 3 days to get it fixed when a manager is available. Unbelievably bad service! Terrible!
That is some of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered. Screaming and cussing with people at the counter.
