We ordered a pepperoni magnifico for our kids through DoorDash. Somehow the order turned out saying that we requested no pepperoni so we got a cheese pizza instead. I called, they said they would remake it but I would have to pick it up. I’m tired but no problem I’ll go get it. I drove from Westpoint to Marcos in Cullman where some chick with face piercings lectures me saying they won’t do it again because they just do what the receipt says which I get but at the same time WHO ORDERS A SPECIALTY PEPPERONI PIZZA AND ASK FOR NO PEOPERONI?!?! I drive all the way home for them to have not sliced the pizza. I call and politely ask if this was some retaliation for asking for a solution for my cheese specialty pizza and the guy on the phone explains it was probably the new girl and she didn’t know to slice the pizza….. I just said good bye. I’m a regular customer here and order at least 2-3 times a week for my kids but after this I might be trying someone else out or just make my own.

Very pleasant experience at Cullman, AL Marcos. Our order was taken promptly and arrived at our table in a timely manner, fresh and hot!! The staff was cleaning in the kitchen and dining area at all times. Restaurant was clean and in order. Would definitely recommend Marcos Pizza!!!!

I have no issue with employees standing around (which most of these were), but when the restaurant is dirty on top of it, there's a definite air of laziness.
Add that to the weird vibe from the employees—definitely out-of-it, druggie energy— and I'm not super confident about the quality of the food.

The position of this location is nice for my commute, it's got great Pepperoni Magnifico pizzas and excellent cheesy bread every time I go. I use my app before getting there and they usually have my pizza and bread ready without fail.
