we ordered a pizza last night and we were 8 miles away, which was indicated to them on the location. They indicated it was going to be about 30 to 40 minutes and they would text or call me. I received no calls for the first hour and five minutes. I then called and found out after I talked to two individuals prior to the manager, that the order was canceled because it was outside their service area. That was not told to me originally when I put in the order. It was too late to get into town and get any food since we were on the lake.. Horrible customer service and did not indicate they were sorry whatsoever. Again, I received no call. 0 out of 5.

I ordered a Pizza last night and I understand that it was a Friday night and they were busy. However I was given a 6:24 pm delivery time which was an hour out which was completely fine. They then updated it to 6:45 pm and still fine. The pizza gets here at 7:35 pm and was cold we literally had to warm it up in the oven. No apology and the texts from the delivery driver was very rude. I will no longer be ordering pizza from here.

Comically bad. The last three orders: mushroom and bell peppers, received both, plus pepperoni, which our friend cannot eat. They remade the order, was fine after another drive to pick it up. Next order was pepperoni, paid for XL and received a large (much smaller). Management dod not care when brought to their attention and acted like I was lying even when I brought the pizza back in the Large box with receipt showing XL. Tonight, ordered a xl sausage and mushroom. Showed up 25 minutes after order and they said that I had 75 orders in front of me and would be another hour and a half. I had them cancel the order. This place is awful. The staff seems to be trying hard and are friendly, but management clearly doesn’t care and sets them up for failure. Shameful, and their franchise should be pulled. Cullman has very few pizza options and this place squanders their market share. It’s embarrassing and unacceptable. Local management makes the brand look like garbage. Never again.

Hey i just got to say i ordered a pizza tonight delivery here in Cullman had to walk out outside to let the drivers know where the pizza delivery go and every time we order pizza never no wings because they say yall out of wings there i just don’t understand a pizza place never have wings let me give you a some advice there order more wings there good pizza but everything else bad WINGS AND PIZZA where you at boss

All around awesome we eat there once a week and plan to every chance we get
I waited 10 mins at the window to pick up my food but had to flag someone down walking by for help. My second time I waited 10 mins at the window while two people stood by the register. I had to call them for the guy to pick up, look at me, and then waited 10 more minutes until they finally walked to me. My third time I had to wait 15 minutes and ran over the ring line multiple times while I watched them stand there near the counter talking to each other with no customers in the store screaming and cursing. Someone walked by and I asked if I should come inside and they said that someone will be with me and kept walking. A girl finally came by, gave me my food, and shut the window without saying anything.
Foods good, but the service is pretty atrocious. A simple answering the window when it's rung, giving me my food, and a goodnight suffices for 5 stars.

The young man that took my order had my order correct, even down to the receipt. The maker of the pizza didn't follow the directions so the pizza wasn't correct. I can't consume red sauce (acid) so they only put garlic sauce on the crust. Called back because the order was wrong and the person in charge was very rude!!! I didn't want my money back. I did need the pizza remade. Oh well....from now on it shall be no more local pizza. To Mellow Mushroom I shall go :)

The place seemed a bit unkept. The open sign was out and there was a paper sign saying light is broken, we are open. There was also a sign on the soda machine that said out of order. A little up keep to keep things in better working order is due. The sub was amazing, but the pizza was disappointing. Cheese missing on a few pieces.
