Drove 1hr out of the way to get chilling on my way home to get here and they said they have been out for a week. This is unacceptable business practices. Seems like they need better management here. Not only that but the people that work there need to go back to school and learn basic measurements I asked for half a gallon and they say a quart and I'm like that is not half a gallon this happens every time I go in there

Love, LOVE McAlister's! The tables and booths are always clean, and the general atmosphere is light, airy, and inviting. I haven't yet found a sandwich, salad, or side I didn't like. The salads are made using spring mix as a base (none of that cafeteria-grade iceberg, yuck!), and the menu has many options for any taste. I enjoy using the tableside ordering feature on the app. The staff is prompt and friendly, and they have the best iced tea, hands down.

Just went by earlier tonight and brought dinner home and how disappointed and sad this meal is. Bought 2 sandwiches and ordered extra everything on my husbands sandwich thankfully or he wouldn’t have had much to eat. These 2 sandwiches and 2 potato salads are NOT worth $31. Won’t be back!! Get your act together Cullman. I can spend the same $$ at a top steak restaurant and at least feel like my money was well spent! And another pointer for ya— when someone is standing in line to order your crappy food, maybe you could instruct the workers to stop cleaning the garbage cans and taking out garbage and serve the customers. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks. Just poor service and food here.

My husband and I stopped in on our way to Florida. We frequently go to McAlisters in our area but this one was so clean, the staff was friendly, we had someone stop by our table 4 times to see if needed anything. As soon as someone left, a staff member was cleaning the table for the next customer. We love McAlisters but this one was a bit above the others.

I had to drive an hour to get to this location just to try it out. Saw some iffy reviews and some good reviews.
My experience was great. Food was fantastic and their service was excellent and timely. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I ordered the sub max,my husband ordered the sub max my father, son ordered the sub max it was good but it was smaller than the last time Last time it was two big potatoes My friend ordered the chicken salad it was big and good Next time I will order something else, l got a free cookie for my birthday and a brownie too they were both good thanks

Got some of the most unfriendliest folks at work here. I ordered the same thing every time and inevitably something is always left off. It'll ever seems to be able to get an order correct.
