Love, LOVE McAlister's! The tables and booths are always clean, and the general atmosphere is light, airy, and inviting. I haven't yet found a sandwich, salad, or side I didn't like. The salads are made using spring mix as a base (none of that cafeteria-grade iceberg, yuck!), and the menu has many options for any taste. I enjoy using the tableside ordering feature on the app. The staff is prompt and friendly, and they have the best iced tea, hands down.

Just went by earlier tonight and brought dinner home and how disappointed and sad this meal is. Bought 2 sandwiches and ordered extra everything on my husbands sandwich thankfully or he wouldn’t have had much to eat. These 2 sandwiches and 2 potato salads are NOT worth $31. Won’t be back!! Get your act together Cullman. I can spend the same $$ at a top steak restaurant and at least feel like my money was well spent! And another pointer for ya— when someone is standing in...

My husband and I stopped in on our way to Florida. We frequently go to McAlisters in our area but this one was so clean, the staff was friendly, we had someone stop by our table 4 times to see if needed anything. As soon as someone left, a staff member was cleaning the table for the next customer. We love McAlisters but this one was a bit above the others.
