Waited 20 minutes for a thing of fries and two drinks, once I got it I realized I didn’t get condiments so I go up to the counter just to see everybody on their phones, looking at me, not coming up to me to ask if I needed anything, but just to look at me after speaking real loudly saying “hey can I get some ketchup?” they give me some. To counter people saying they where busy there was 4 people here.

Rude employees at the drive thru. Employee told me to pull forward to check my order...excuse me but never tell me that when I am already having issues with my order. And plus there was a vehicle in front of me...how was I suppose to pull forward.

The managers and the teams dont care about them custmers me and my fiance waiting over 30 minutes for are foods and then when we got are foods it's was cold the lobby was nasty and bathroom. Manager was rude and the crew was also this happen on Thursday night around 7:09 when I place the order didn't get my food until 7:40
