They only care about how fast thier drive thru is. We waited for half an hour waiting on food that was already made, they forgot about the dining room. Kept making drive thru orders. We watched a couple of people getting refunds because of the dining room wait time. But the drive thru is fast!

Employees were super rude. I ordered from the mobile app and they had an attitude the entire time. The guy that handed me my drink was nice, but the lady that brought out my food had me hand her the bag back and then handed it back to me even after I told her one of the items was wrong. I get fast food isn’t the best job, but be a decent human. No one told you to work there.

They didn’t even give me the food I ordered they supposed to give four bacon Dbl Qpc instead they gave me three cheese burgers and a bacon Dbl doesn’t have the bacon on it

They had 10 people working at 6pm. When you walk in they want you to order via the kiosk. Otherwise if you stand at the counter, you get the “seriously, why are you here? look”. The guy taking the orders boasted about not being on the clock but took orders anyway.
The bathrooms had some odd and unclear markings on the door —I could not figure out what they were trying to imply. Strange experience, however a the food is consistent.
