I can name several different times that I didn't get what I paid for or mistakes happened. but the straw that broke the camels back is when I ordered two caramel machiatos for my son and I, along with dinner went through the app as usual. got to drive through and they said they didn't have it. they offered me a (what I found out later was only a $1.99 for the 3.49 item I bought) iced coffee. we didn't want that but I said ok. pulled around and my son almost spit out his drink....read full review
It’s filthy dirty. Trash overflowing, floors need swept and scrubbed, kitchen dirty tables need cleaning. How does Cullman health department let this place stay open!
The help sounded like they were having a party on the kitchen.
Well I didn’t get what I paid for after leaving the drive thru onions all over my quarter pounder left out my baby’s chicken nuggets didn’t realize it until I got home tried to call to see if they would make it right no answer 🙄

The food is consistently fresh and served quickly. However, some customers have noted that the crew can sometimes come off as indifferent and the service is really bad. The store is not very clean, with no clean tables and floors, food and grime everywhere. Despite this, the location offers ample parking, including spaces for large vehicles. The guy who seemed to be a manager was doing his absolute best. For fast food, it's really not bad at all. It's always quick service and friendly faces.
