First they messed up 2 burgers by missing patties, food hasn’t been close to being decent and the last time i ran by the service wasn’t that great.

Ordered off the app, food was missing from the order, and one a the few things that showed up was missing the bacon that I had to pay extra for. I was told I had to call the main customer service number since it was an app order. That was an all together unpleasant experience itself. Was awarded a partial refund for the missing items, that didn't even cover the cost of the items, and nothing was done for my incorrect burger. Every time we place an order with the app, we have nothing, but problems, and the store will just say it isn't their problem even though it is entirely their fault

They are rude and want to argue with you. We ordered a frappe and they said they didn't have it anymore and they removed it from the receipt which I was looking at and they didn't and wanted to get mad at us because we asked for a different one and they brought it to us it wasn't even the right thing and the lady wanted to argue with us about it. We won't be going back they're.

I drive an 18 wheeler and I live not far from this McDonald’s. For years there has been a large lot behind the McDonald’s where I and many other big trucks could park and eat. Sometimes I would leave my truck parked and my wife would pick me up and I would go home for short periods. Now they have the entire parking lot blocked off and we were told that no vehicles were allowed to park in that lot anymore. So I will not go to this McDonald’s anymore for anything.

The food is alright it's your basic McDonald's food. The service is really bad. I ordered a table side order, and the lady just called my name up front. I would not normally complain about anything, but the app changed me more money for table side service. The store is not very clean, no clean tables and floors food and grime everywhere. The McDonald's over by Wells Fargo is much nicer.
