Moe's Southwest Grill

This place just can't get it together. After taking a break from Moe's for several due to very poor service and missing food. I order 2 Homewrecker bowls. Which comes with 2 bags of chips and 2 salsa. I received a one and a half bags of chips. And one small salsa. And zero utensils. Never again. This is why Other restaurants don't want to come to Cullman. CRAPPY service, CRAPPY management and CRAPPY employees. If you can't do your job just stay home. Go ahead and close the doors. This is ridiculous.

I hadn't been there for a bit. Real excited to return. I was absolutely shocked at the price increase on the cheese dip. They were already making a killing! Needless to say I didn't purchase any. Cut my order short and left. Felt sorta betrayed at the robbery attempt. Won't be returning. I don't mind paying good money when I feel like it's worth it. Ordered 2 home wreckers through DoorDash last night and it was supposed to have grilled onions and peppers but they were raw onions and peppers. Gross lol

My favorite place to go, a warm and kind environment. All of the staff are so sweet and genuinely care about us as guests. I enjoy coming to eat here, and the prices are great!!

Currently at Moe’s and had a pretty frustrating experience. When we walked in, five employees were just standing around talking while only one woman was actually working. She was friendly and took our order — I ordered a quesadilla. While it was cooking, none of the other employees were paying attention to it, and when it came time to pay, I noticed it was still sitting on the grill.

When I got the quesadilla, the cheese wasn’t fully melted — only about half of it was. I politely asked if they could just heat it a little more to finish melting the cheese (not remake it, just melt it). Instead of helping, one of the guys started going back and forth with me saying it was melted and it was already crispy. Then another guy jumped in with the same attitude, opened it, and insisted it was done — even though half the cheese clearly wasn’t melted.

The only bright side was the lady who originally helped us — she was great. But next time, I’ll just ask for the whole thing to be remade upfront to avoid this kind of back and forth over something so simple.

I also wanna add my sister got a salad and the lettuce was frozen. Please do better. I love moes in Birmingham but this location was not it for the day.

Chips are always stale and after placing my order today, I realized that they are now charging a fee to use the app. Ridiculous!

Yall stole over $40 in Moes cash from my account. Now it's some stupid points system that will only let me discount one thing at a time. I will n-e-v-e-r come back because of this (and your website is frustrating to navigate and use).

Their music was absolutely terrible. It was blasting terrible music and I paid for double portion meat but only got half portions. More lettuce on my nachos than actual meat that I paid double for. I paid 6 dollars for a cup of queso that was halfway filled up and I paid 50 bucks for 2 people. Prices for the food is awful. Do yourselves favor and just go somewhere else for a burrito or nachos. You can take your family to a Mexican restaurant for the price you will pay here. Change your music Moes.

Go check your security cameras for March 11 between 3:20 and 4pm to see your employee standing on the counter with her nasty sneakers, only a few feet away from my food. Disgusting.

I’ve been coming to this same location for years and have always received top tier service and hospitality from the staff. He management team does a fantastic job as everyone always has a positive attitude and is eager to greet everyone who enters. I would encourage anyone to try out this location as they never disappoint and at the rare occurrence of a problem they will be eager to help find a solution!

I went to Moe's in Cullman al and it is the best Brittney cosper is the best manager ever her store is always clean and her employees are always great love this location.
