The odds of getting something great are probably about 50/50. The shumai and miso soup were delicious, but the salad with ginger dressing was definitely lacking in flavor. The Spicy Tuna Roll and the Spicy Yellowtail Roll were rich and full, but the Eel Roll had a bit too much avocado and the Alabama Roll had a bit too much cucumber, and absolutely needs the sauce it comes with. When you walk in, you know by the atmosphere that this establishment is very premium. The whole place is styled, of course, in a Japanese esque style, well executed too. The food is great! The soup they serve to you is great(I don't remember the name of it), and the sushi is amazing. It was my first time trying sushi and they made it a very good experience. This place is one of our favorites! The service was very attentive without being overbearing. This time we ate at a table instead of at the hibachi grill, but the experience was just as delicious and relaxing. We have, without trying, tended to end up here at times of celebration or big moments in our lives. The food was perfect – steak, scallops, veggies, rice, soup, salad!
