We have been to ninja plenty of times and never have we had bad food until tonight. I ordered a sunshine roll & a spicy California and the couple with us ordered a regular California & sunshine roll. All 4 rolls had an odd taste. We didn’t eat any of the rolls but did eat our hibachi. The hibachi was good. We told the server the rolls weren’t right and the manager came over and proceeded to argue with me that “they taste fine. The rolls are fine” I’m sorry what??? Ok grab it from my plate and try it? She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. We won’t be returning due to her nasty mouth and bad attitude. Very disappointing.

We just went here for a couple of our kids’ birthdays and it was fantastic! This is our first time to Ninja, but we’ve been to many hibachi places in other states, and this is the best one I’ve ever had. I say that not only because of the food itself, but the service, and the speed. We’ve gone to fancy hibachi places where we waited an hour for them to come to cook our food, but Ninja was super quick! First soup/salad immediately after ordering and then immediately after that, our cook came to our table. Also, they had an amazing birthday celebration with drums and a song. Just a lot of fun! We all had a blast. And the food was fantastic!! We will definitely be back. Side note: we made a reservation on Easter Sunday. I don’t know what the crowd is normally like, but we were sat immediately.

Firstly, I have a gluten allergy, I reached out to Ninja on Facebook messenger to see if they any GF options and they quickly responded with yes and to please come in. That right there was a great feeling. When they were taking our order, our sever said they would cook my food in the kitchen to avoid the cross contamination and they had GF soy sauce back there. My food came out so quick! I let it cool while I waited for my party to have theirs cooked on the hibachi. I couldn't have the ginger dressing on the my salad, but they had ranch! I wasn't able to have the soup, but it looked and smelled very good. Our server was extra attentive with my allergy and we will most definitely go back!! I didn't get his name, but our bill had G.G. circled on it. I was told the hibachi cooked food was as delicious!

Ate lunch here yesterday with my husband and it was EXCELLENT! The sushi is TOP TIER! We drive from Jasper just to eat at Ninja. The food was fresh and the taste was perfection! 10/10 we recommend!

I am a DoorDash driver and I didn't get to experience the taste of the food at this restaurant but I did get to see it and it was very beautiful and fresh looking. The employees were very polite and attentive!

I visited this establishment on March 30,2024. Used my debit card to pay. Wake up on September 24,2024, 189 days later!, and see a charge from ninja on my card. I knew we had not visited there in 6 months and I thought someone had stolen my debit card. Come to find out their system just now processed my payment, causing my bank account to overdraw, and for me to get charged 7 $35 overdraft fees! The limit on charging someone’s card is 180 days legally. You can’t wait 6 months down the road and run a charge through. No help from owner, no help from card processing company. Crazy bad business.

The food didn't seem as good for a while last year, so I stopped going. Went out with a friend and we wanted sushi. Decided to try this place again and it was fantastic! If you like refreshing sushi rolls, go for the mango roll!
