Osaka cullman Hibachi & Steakhouse

I have never been treated so horribly by any restaurant employee much less the owner. After asking a simple question he went off yelling and screaming at me in front of everyone including my grandchildren. He was acting like a crazy rabid animal. So many people walked out because of your shameful behavior

The owner is a very rude man. All we asked was when we would get our food far after everyone else had theirs and he started yelling at us for no reason. One young lady even quit because she said he'd been yelling at her all day. It's unbelievable how this man was acting too quiet a few customers that night don't know what his problem was but that is no way to run a business.

very rude individuals. if you go in for a meal, you definitely don't want to hear people getting yelled at.

Great restaurant, friendly staff, and if you spend more than $50 during Christmas you can get a free panda!

This has got to be my favorite place in cullman to get food! Their sushi is to die for and their milk teas are perfect! If you like hibachi be prepared to fall in love with this place!!!!

Just to be clear, I didnt actually order anything. Walked in and the smell alone was enough to make me turn around and walk out. Smelled dirty, damp and mildew combined with a smell of bad seafood. When a place smells bad, you definitely don't want to order any food.

Family of 3 will not be back. They completely forgot to make our rainbow rolls. By the time our daughter finished her hibachi plate, I had to go back to the counter to ask for the rainbow rolls to be made. 20 mins later, they bring us 2 rolls that were wrong. I take them back to the counter & they argued with me, saying that they were right. It clearly states on the menu - rainbow roll - cucumber, avocado, crab rolled & topped with fish & avocado. These were nothing but some sort of crab cream cheese tempura inside topped with fish. 3 employees argued with me and said I must not understand what a rainbow roll was, then said the menu must be a typo. Then the cashier then called her manager trying to prove me wrong. Nonetheless, I was refunded for the 2 rolls & found somewhere else to eat.

Always a great lunch experience. I order a B4 which has spicy tuna in it and I add Jalapeño. It doesn't disappoint.

It helps to listen when someone asks for a water and instead you charge them for a soda s the girl at the restaurant did, then used the 'oh, you meant water?'. It's not your typical hibachi restaurant where they grill in front of you, just a place your order at the counter and sit type of place. If your looking for anything fancy, this isn't it. But the food is good.
