The pizza and breadsticks with cheese were hot, fresh, and tasted great!! We were very disappointed that they now charge for parmesan cheese even while dining in. Another disappointing fact was the size of the marinara cups for the bread sticks and the additional cup of marinara that we were charged for. The new size would require a minimum of 2-3 cups to be equivalent to 1 of the old ones which was sufficient. The only other unpleasant thing we experienced was the fact when we paid at the time we ordered our food, we left a generous tip. Well we had to fix our own drinks, refills etc. The cashier literally brought our food and abandoned us at that point. I rather just keep my tip money and you call me back upfront when my food is ready because honestly a tip is not warranted for the service that is provided now. It’s not the same dine-in experience we all knew in the 80s,90s, and early 2000’s. Overall experience and food was good.

This store manager lied to me! This store messed up our order and left out and entire pizza and all of our dipping sauces. I called back and spoke with the manager and asked for another pizza to be made so that after my husband completed the extra 30 round trip minutes of driving, it wouldn't be cold. The manager said he would do that. He did not. The pizza is actually colder and dryer than the pizza we already at home. I'm very familiar with thin crust pizza from pizza hut and this one was not fresh. Back to using Hartselle pizza hut.

Extremely incompetent, today it wasn’t just missing the ranch…. They left out an entire pizza. We called and I went to get the pizza. To my grand surprise they just gave me the cold one they had forgot the first time how great.
