I live locally and nearly every time I stop by to pick up a meal for the one kid In my house that likes their over priced tenders, I am made to wait no less than 10 to 15 minutes. Today was the final straw. Two customers in front of me, one behind me. Everyone was served before me and my order was the smallest of the three. I waited exactly 21 minutes for a five piece tender and fries. Crazy thing is they didn't have to make any of the order. All of it was already sitting under the warmer. There are four fast food places I avoid like the plague in Cullman because the owner/operators just do not care to invest in the quality of their businesses. Hardee's on Hwy 31, Captain D's off Hwy 31, Domino's on Hwy 278, and now Popeyes on Hwy 157.

On 5-25-25 we picked up a 12 piece (with 2 sides, 2 peppers & 2 drinks) through the drive thru, and we spent $45, which was ridiculous. When we got home to eat, it was so dry and tasted old. We ate 4 pieces, between 3 ppl. I was going to clean the rest off the bones for my dogs. I was shocked, I got maybe enough meat for one normal piece of chicken, the rest was crust and bones!!! It was the worst chicken I've ever eaten, and spent $45! Do NOT eat here!

The wings that were ordered were not fresh. They had been sitting there for a while. I had lemon pepper wings. Tell me why they were hot. Strawberry biscuit was hard and macaroni and cheese was over cooked.

Very unhappy with Popeyes I went to the Cullman Popeyes to get just chicken for our Christmas dinner but when I ordered a 40 dollar order of chicken and ask for just dark meat they said they could not do that and I asked why when I had ordered it before about 3 months ago and asked for only dark meat and they sold it to me and they had the manager come out and tell me they don’t do that and that there was no way they sold me just dark meat about 3 months ago and was kind of rude about it so they lost my business and I did not appreciate them practically saying I was lying when I wasn’t and I do know it really upset me I will be going to KFC for now own and don’t think I will ever go back to the Popeyes in Cullman

The employees there are extremely unprofessional, on top of that their chicken tenders are the smallest tenders I’ve seen around, and they charge you 3 times the price of other places, you can also taste in the chicken they don’t change the oil at all, I absolutely love Popeyes but I’m absolutely never coming back to this location, this location is an absolute joke

Refused to make my food an over an hour before they close because I asked for fresh chicken and wearing dirty person jackets in the kitchen
The food was good but there was a guy working the front in a neon hi-vis hoodie and he was absolutely filthy. Not only was he out of uniform but he looked like he had just gotten thru working on a vehicle. This is a really bad look for this location. I visited this location on 11-18. He was working evening shift. Please make sure your employees are in a clean outfit at least even if you’re not going to enforce uniform policy.
