Stopped at Popeyes in Cullman to grab a quick supper on the way home. Spent $52 and was so disappointed! We ordered a tender meal, two boneless wings meals, and a chicken sandwich meal. They gave us bone in chicken, the chicken tenders were very rubbery, and the chicken sandwich was hard and the breading was falling off of it. Every single bit of our food was cold. This was our first time eating at Popeyes and we will not be back.

Went to drive-thru, employee didnt ask if we wanted dry rub or wet wings...so we got what they gave us..ordered double mac-n-cheese with my tenders Got to house, tenders were hardly any meat, and hard as a rock..mac-n-cheese not in bag..and the order of 12 wings were dry rub. Very dissapointing.. Will not be back.

I reviewed this location four months ago and gave it four stars. This trip was a disaster between incompetance and quality. First the lady at the counter register was clueless. I ordered two two piece chicken dinners. She entered it as a large combo which I did not know until she ran my card through the system. She then gave me two large cups which I told her I did not want drinks. She told me I had to take the drinks as the two piece dinner can not be ordered without a drink. I believe she was too lazy to give me the credit I had coming to me. The chicken was almost tasteless as I ordered spicy and she entered original. It was not good. My wifes fries were old. The coleslaw was okay. I always enjoy Popeys when we travel. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting forever. Being 6 PM I thought everything would be fresh but I was wrong. We love to eat at Popeys when we travel. It is sad the one in the town where we live is so bad. I was charged right at $30 for two two piece dinners that were not as I had ordered. This place has become a true rip off and I will never return.
These were good employees they took care of. You tried to make you smile or laugh and provided good quick service and top of line fast food chicken sandwich was drop dead.good

This store does not have a general employee problem, is has a leadership problem. The owners need to reevaluate who manages the store. Therefore owners, only blame yourself.
Cullman loves Popeye's but will abandon chains that don't care. It's too expensive to eat out now with these easily correctable mistakes.
PS. You owe me a chicken sandwich you missed last night. 🙄

Keri the manager was great! Had a small glitch in our order. They made sure that we were taken care of right away. They were sweet funny and thoughtful. We would go back because of the great service they showed. You don’t find people like that in fast food.
