I took my brother here who was visiting from out west to enjoy good BBQ and it was awful. The food was cold and salty. The service was bad. We went on a Wednesday around 3 and hardly any people in there. I was very disappointed

Had a pretty disappointing experience. After being to the nashville location this was a massive letdown. The service was poor and the tea tastes like powdered swet tea?? They were out of Jack and the server repeatedly brought out the wrong thing.
The music was good but we were shocked that the famous ribs were only at a certain time on Saturdays. we ordered the shrimp appetiser and it was 8 pieces with a massive thing of French fries, for 17 dollars that is disappointing. The portions were small when it came to the main and the sides were massive to make up for it. For such an expensive place its very disappointing.
I never leave poor reviews but I really think this location needs to improve. The Saturday night music set was empty which was telling...

We had a group of 12. It was not busy, maybe 6 people there and most looked like they had their food. We were seated right away but sat there waiting for almost 30 min befor ordering our drinks. We told the waitress we were ready to order when she came to get our drinks. She only let usno4der our drinks and then we waited for another 20min befor we could order our food. By th time our food got to us the fries were cold and hard as well as our burgers and other hot sandwiches. Hardly any fries on the plate. THey even messed up on one order, we received pork brisket when it was suppose to be beef. They took it back right away and 5 min later we had the correct dish with fresh are fries This was the only dish hot. spening close to 200 for cold meals and waiting over an hour just to get food when it was practically dead, I was very disappointed when I had read alot of great reviews on great.hot food with a huge portions. I personally do not recommend and will not go again.

We order an appetizer that had a pretty good mix and wasn't bad. We ordered a turkey sandwich with fries and a double cheeseburger with fries. The fries on both dishes were super dry and hard as a rock. The cheeseburger was super dry and you definitely need a gallon drink to make it edible. The turkey tasted old and bland. Just now what you expect when you pay 63$ for lunch. 100% wouldn't recommend

First time for me and my wife to eat here and it was very good I had the BLGT sandwich and my wife had the Redneck barbecue burrito food was hot and fresh the only thing I can say that is negative is the day we ate there they only had one server but other than that it was excellent I recommend stopping and eating there the atmosphere reminds you of cracker barrel but without the giftshop and you can also get breakfast anytime
