I had a really good experience with food and overall! The man was super nice too!
I was expecting the original fried rice, BROWN RICE. I refuse to eat yellow (cooked rice) not fried with soy sauce.

Food was good. Chicken fried rice for me & sesame chicken for my wife. Also 2 good egg rolls. Had hot and sour soup. Soup was ok. Have had better before. Overall we enjoyed our takeouts.

This is the absolute worst Chinese food I have ever put in my mouth!!!!! We usually go to Peking, but this Monday we discovered it was closed. Headed on over to Rice and Soy... the food was TERRIBLE. Do not waste your money on this GARBAGE! The prices were double compared to peking and the wontons looked like a Child made them. I will never go back!
This Chinese is the best in cullman
If you use your debit card there BEWARE! They double charged my card and when I went in there to tell them they knew what they did. I was quite and calm until the lady said No we charge you right and my bank account said otherwise after 10 minutes the man came over and gave me my money back. After this poor experience I have never gone back. Loved the food but not 4 plates for over $100 nope won't get me again!
Good food nice people
I ordered the chicken kebabs and I swear I think it was a kitty cat meow meow 🐱😻🙀
This is a great Chinese take out restaurant. It is clean, and the family that ownes it does all they can to put out great food. There are a few tables to dine in if you choose to, but it is not an eat at location. We order ahead, and it is always ready in fifteen minutes. I usually get the Mongolian beef. However, this time, we both ordered the Szechuan Beef, and it was very good. They pack in very nice plastic containers, and the portions are huge. It is all that you can eat for one meal. It comes with fried rice and a spring roll or soup. All of this for just $10.45. It's definitely our choice for Chinese food.

If I could give zero stars..I would! Got take out Moo Goo Gai Pan. Straight home less than 5 minutes away. As soon as opened the top immediately the smell of old grease filled my senses and it tasted that way, as well. The rice tasted like some kinda pre-cooked box stuff with cardboard flavor. It was just a repeat of my last experience at this joint which was months ago. I said then, no more. I should've known better, but thought give another chance. But..NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from here. They must be paying someone to give good reviews.

Fast, friendly, and by far the best Chinese food I have had so far in Alabama. Probably don't eat it in house though if it's hot/humid outside because it's pretty warm in there.

Best egg drop soup I've had, which admittedly isn't a lot because every where else I've tried it, it was thin and watery.
The hot and spicy shredded beef actually had some spice to it too.
Definitely be back
Food is always fresh and delicious! One of the only Chinese resy I'll eat at around here.
