Every time I go down to the Cullman location the staff are absolutely fantastic.
I drive 18 miles to get my peanut butter crunch blender coffee and it's definitely worth the drive.
Not sure on her name, but the lady that served me on the morning of 8/21 was absolutely fantastic with getting my order and getting me a gift card.

They have the best flavored coffee and I always get heavy cream iced coffee with whipped cream. It's always good. I never miss picking one up when I'm in Cullman.

This was my third time to Scooters because I do not have one within 50 miles of my house. I went yesterday July 14 2025. The service was excellent. They were prompt and super nice. I ordered a cinnamon cold brew. I do not know what kind of cinnamon Scooters uses but being a huge fan of cinnamon is was the best I've ever had. The drink was absolutely perfect and smooth. I wish I could get one close by my house but then I would need a second job.
Unlike anyplace else. The drinks are creative and changes to the menu spice things up.
I love the bakery items they offer. Quality is a step up from local competitors.

(5/11/2025) I Went to Scooter's coffee on Mother's Day to treat my daughter. I already don't have much money but there was a coupon and I did not live far from the location. Unfortunately, my car died in the drive-through. Two men in a red pick-up truck behind me (saints) helped to push my car through the line as the drive-through was curbed and my daughter and I could not push it through no matter our efforts. With the help of these men we were pushed through the line and to a parking spot into the parking lot of Scooter's drive through. The lady at the window laughing at our misfortune. The next night (5/12/2025) My daughter and I went to Scooter's to have my car pulled/pushed to a different place when the traffic had died down. Unfortunately, it had already been towed. My daughter had already said she felt like a homeless person. I had hoped the Scooter's workers would have more compassion but they did not. I feel like utter trash. I write this with such pain in my heart. I wish they would have had more compassion for a single mother in unfortunate circumstances that was planning to move her car the next day. This is such a sad day for me.
