I love the Korean flavor chicken wings.A little spicy but not to hot.The fries are skinny and fresh. They have ketchup bottles at the table and TV’s on the wall.It’s better than Zaxby’s

I’ve been coming to this location every week for the last 3 weeks, it’s been good and made fresh every time, except for today; Today the staff seemed more interested in gossip and having fun instead of make fresh, cooked to order food. I ordered the Hungry meal with 2 ranches, when I got my meal, I only got one ranch, and a buffalo sauce, I probably only had 4 Tenders, and the rest were definitely the tender bites they have. The food was old, and you could tell it has been sitting for a long time before ordered; The dining area was clean and stocked, so that was one good thing out of this experience. Because of this experience I probably will think twice before coming back for a while.

The food was phenomenal, but management needs to improve staff training. The cashier helping us didn’t know the prices or much of anything and said I couldn’t substitute a drink for a milkshake. It was clear this was her first time, and while she was very sweet and kind, the lack of proper training was obvious.
