They always have a great selection of pre prepared (not cooked) meals. They offer different sizes and portions of each dish. They offer several varieties of chicken salad and you can get a couple of small containers to take home and try out, decide who likes grapes, pecans, smoky flavor and so forth, and then come back and grab a big one of the one you love. The pastas, and cauliflower crust pizzas are great. They also offer several side dishes/ casseroles and such. Great place to stop in if you’re wanting to grab something for a friend or family member who is unable to spend alot of time preparing meals. Just drop these off and they can pop them in and have a great dinner, in a jiffy, hassle free. Great concept. Great tasting and well prepared food with fresh and quality ingredients and the prices are reasonable.

Had dear friends provide us with meals from Southern Eats after I had surgery, and OMG?, everything was AMAZING!! Haven't ordered from there myself but am told it's easy and that they have great service, too! We will absolutely be ordering from here, as well! ?✨️?

Recently ordered catering for a church event needing to feed around 150 people. The food was awesome and so was the customer service! We had so many church members asking where the food had come from and talking about how wonderful it was. Will definitely use Southern East for catering again in the future in addition to our individual family purchases.
