They always get something wrong with my order. Went back got the drink I originally wanted bc they wouldnāt take back my other drink I didnāt want. Then found a little hair in my drink. Honestly Iām not trying to be dramatic but this had just ruined my day. Especially since itās always the same girl taking my order and messing it up.

I love Starbucks! The coffee is amazing and if youāre not happy with how they made your coffee you can go and let them know and they will re make it for you! Their food is awesome! I love their lemon loaf bread itās so good, if you love lemon items you should try it. They also have chocolate chip cookies, croissants, muffins, and other items. Definitely a good choice to try!

I am a teacher and started off my first day of summer with a grande pink drink. I paid almost $6 for a 95% filled cup of ice. The amount of actually pink drink I recieved is ridiculous. If this is how the Starbucks corporation tells there employees to fix drinks by taking money and giving back almost all ice then its horrible. I will not be getting another drink from Starbucks again. I can get my own ice fromhome. See attached pictures. The drink is gone that is all ice!!!!

This Starbucks used to be one of the best. The older lady at the drive thru makes my experience the worst every time. So many back handed remarks. Mobile order takes the place of speeding up the ordering process. Heaved forbid you place your mobile order 3-4 minutes away. Sheāll have some smart comment about the time you placed it and state they need 5-10 minutes before?? Meanwhile thereās 4 cars in front of you and youāre waiting anyway. What does the time of placement have to do with anything? If I didnāt order on the mobile app, Iād order at the speaker, will I need to sit there for 5-10 minutes then drive back thru the line? Sheās the worst. Iāve never had a nice experience with her and dread hearing her voice every time I pull up to the speaker.
Everyone else, especially Preston, are so nice and always so happy to see you. The drinks are always spot on and theyāre super fast. I hate having to give it 1 star because of the lack of customer service skilled drive thru woman, but something needs to be done.

I used to come here all the time, but started straying away because of the rude service!! multiple times Iāve come up here and the barista at the drive-through is completely disrespectful and rude I came in this morning and because of the storms it was raining bad and I didnāt have my window all the way down because I didnāt want rain to get my car, but still enough to where she could hear me and she yelled at me and told me that I need to roll my window down (I had it halfway rolled down, but she wanted it fully rolled down) anyway, I get up to the window. I donāt say anything and then I paid for a venti and she gave me a tall!! before i left i made sure to look at her name tag ācindyā everytime i have an unpleasant visit some how she is always the one who serves me!

Very friendly staff. Quick turnaround on my drink and it was made exactly like I wanted it. I drive over an hour to get there because I like the store and the staff.

A worker in here was extremely rude & a smartass you could tell he hated his job, smart manner saying okay when i said i needed a minute: didnāt call out my mine and said have a good day in a sarcastic way. You could tell he was just having a bad day and taking it out on others. No respect what so ever in this place!!!!! Seriously. Yāall need to do something about bad workers it ruins others day, and causes alot of problems. Had given them my phone the other day as well and they couldnāt get one order right they do that often. If iām not saying it because i know you wonāt get it right & i give you a phone that means get an order right. And no iām not rude but iāve had enough of cocky people.

Came in here and the vibe was terrible and they are very rude and disrespectful didnāt even call out our name to get our drink the drink didnāt even taste like it was supposed to I also came in here the other day with everything my girlfriend wanted in a text and hey couldnāt even get that right and it was all spelled out correctly and it was not confusing at all very simple shit that they couldnāt even do
