They got my order wrong 3 times, and I'm just so frustrated. I used to enjoy coming here, but now the service is terrible, and the workers are now interested in being on their phones than servicing their customers. Do not come to this location, you will be very disappointed.

A worker in here was extremely rude & a smartass you could tell he hated his job, smart manner saying okay when i said i needed a minute: didn’t call out my mine and said have a good day in a sarcastic way. You could tell he was just having a bad day and taking it out on others. No respect what so ever in this place!!!!! Seriously. Y’all need to do something about bad workers it ruins others day, and causes alot of problems. Had given them my phone the other day as well and they couldn’t get one order right they do that often. If i’m not saying it because i know you won’t get it right & i give you a phone that means get an order right. And no i’m not rude but i’ve had enough of cocky people.

Came in here and the vibe was terrible and they are very rude and disrespectful didn’t even call out our name to get our drink the drink didn’t even taste like it was supposed to I also came in here the other day with everything my girlfriend wanted in a text and hey couldn’t even get that right and it was all spelled out correctly and it was not confusing at all very simple shit that they couldn’t even do

I've never encountered a bad experience at a Starbucks until I came here. Associates were very rude and didn't want to take the order like they didn't want to be at work today. The only nice associate was the shift leader Hannah and I still decided not to purchase anything. I would have been better off going through the drive thru.

Not sure how they do online orders but mine was 10 minutes late as i seen people coming in to order at the cash register get theirs before mine. Whats the point of ordering ahead if it would have been better for me to just order at the register?

Website says they open at 4:30 all days except one. But here it is 5:30 and still not open. This is not the first time this has happened.
I placed a pickup order for 8 drinks. When I walked in, they were lined up individually on the counter. You would think if 1 individual person orders 8 drinks, they would be taught to place the PICK UP order in carriers. Then when I asked for carriers I was told they were behind me and left to load my carrier myself. But y'all want tips before service is complete ALL THE TIME.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I've visited and that's not an embellishment. I'm not from the area, so it was nice to be greeted in a friendly way. However it was really impressive when I heard team members calling local customers by name and remembering their orders. Keep up the good work!
