Loved the lady that helped me however hours are suppose to be til 9:30 per online - when I walked in at 8:25 I asked her what time do you close - she said tonight we are actually closing at 9 - then after I ordered and sat down and started reading I was basically kicked out at 8:35 saying they were closing even earlier and she apologized but I would have never ordered anything if I wasn’t going to be able to sit and enjoy it - I had to get all my things together and go - very disappointed!!!!

I am writing a review because I encountered one of the NICEST human beings ever working at this Starbucks. I believe he was the owner? (He said he's been with the company for 15 years!). He knew everybody's name in the store and even remembered my name when I went back to place a second order. This gentleman showed the type of kindness that you only come across every once in a blue moon and it left a lasting impact on my husband and me. It goes to show that kindness and hard work can first change a Starbucks and eventually change the world. We don't live in Cullman, but we will be stopping by to pay our new friend a visit whenever we are in town.

Been to this Starbucks multiple times and the service at the window is always bad. The girl anjeanette always sounds so unhappy and feels like you’re bothering her when you come through the drive. I asked for a single blonde shot and when I got my drink it just said blonde espresso so I asked to be sure it was a single and she’s gave me an attitude like I was bothering her. I worked at Starbucks before and just by that tag and tasting the drink I knew it was made wrong. I didn’t even bother asking for a remake because the service was just that bad.

I don’t even know the lady’s name that was working the drive thru yesterday September 19 around 8:30, she was so nice and helped me decide what I was going to get and very patient with me. I have never had a good experience there with someone so nice but she deserves a raise because she made my whole day. People forget that just being nice goes along way these days. I got a pecan crème frappe grande size, it tasted so good!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks, always ordering drinks along with a pup cup for my dog and even tipping extra every single time. Today, however, I had one of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. And the funny part is, it’s always the same guy who acts this rudely. At the drive-thru, I politely asked for the pup cup in a medium cup since I have a big dog. The barista made it seem like a huge problem, acting as if I was asking for something unreasonable. This has never been an issue with any other employee before—everybody else has been accommodating and kind about this simple request. When I pulled up to the window, he didn’t even greet me—he just barked out the total, shoved my drink at me, and slammed the window in my face. I still needed my receipt and napkins, so I waited. I even honked to get his attention, and he flat-out ignored me. That is beyond disrespectful. If you hate your job that much, then quit—there are plenty of people who would gladly work here and actually treat customers with basic respect. This location clearly has no regard for customer service, and I will never be back. Management needs to get it together and retrain their staff on how to treat paying customers, because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

My friend and I stopped to pick her up a coffee. After ordering a special drink, to ensure there was no cinnamon since she is allergic, somehow she ended up with cinnamon in her drink. When she called the manager the manager said “it was a mistake” yes mistakes happen but to mistakenly put cinnamon in a drink that doesn’t call for it then offering nothing to make it right isn’t customer service.

CINDYYYY is the reason I come back every morning! I didn’t know a drive thru experience could be so much fun but she makes my day every day! So sweet and funny and gets my order right every single time! I look forward to a great drink and a great time every time I go and she’s there, if she’s not I ask where she is haha the rest of the team is great as well! As for Cindy? 11/10 stars all day every day!
