I always ask for extra Whip, caramel and crunch. This is NOT extra Whip. Yes I get they put some at the bottom but I want the top filled up too. A few times I've asked for them to fix it. They will barely even add more. (In one of the pictures I posted you can see where she "added more.") When I order extra that's what I want.

Ordered a pickup, got in line behind 2 cars. Sat for a good 30-40 mins waiting in drive thru. Need to manage orders quicker actually drive thru was not fast whatsoever.

I have been to many Starbucks in my life.And I have to say this is the worst one I've ever been too. First of all they served us dirty coffee cups.There were no napkins or sugars or anything out in the lobby and the music they were playing was so loud that you could not even carry on a conversation :( We will not be back.

Everyone was so kind and courteous. We had a large drink order of about 20 drinks for our dental office at Cullman Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. They were so patient with us! Also, the music was great and atmosphere was so relaxing. This was a great Starbucks experience!

The customer service since they have opened has been amazing they definitely take care of their customers the one time I waited in the drive-thru for almost 15 20 minutes and they gave me a coffee on the house that was the best experience I've ever had it at Starbucks thank you keep up the good work
Samantha, Target front end lead?, is not good with customer service. Terrible experience with her. She took her sweet time to even get to me first off. Then she wouldn’t let me use my REUSABLE cup! She said they would have to use a disposable and I can empty it into my cup. I spent $25 on this cup so I don’t have to keep wasting plastic!

Rude workers ordered a shaken espresso they didnt even shake it all the white mocha was at the bottom and the girl at the window was bothered because i told her so she brought it back still looked the same and had a bad attitude so i went inside asked for a new drink and they all had a bad attitude they just need more training drinks are naaty they dont know how to make them. definately not going back and will be sticking to the OG location. they overall definately need more training and need to learn how to to talk/treat customers, if your’re gonna have a bad attitude than stay home.

The cute girl working the drive through was such a sweetheart and was full of positive vibes and energy. She was putting a lot of effort into providing friendly customer service. You rarely see that.
