Picture of the Turkey speaks for itself. The steak and cheese was ice cold, I did not order it toasted, but meat was ice cold, they didn’t heat the meat up. When I called I was told by the owner that i didn’t ask for it to be heated. I did not ask for it to be toasted but when did you have to ask for a “hot” sandwich to have hot meat?
Subway franchise should be ashamed of this location and should start the process of pulling their franchise. The owner is not properly trained to run a sandwich business.

actually the worst place i've ever been to. Customer service was so bad i thought helen keller was serving me. "he doesn't have to serve you in the last ten minutes" Then what's the point of even being open?? and even when I went back the food was trash, if I could give this zero stars i would.

Everytime I have went here, the place is disgusting inside. My order is always incorrect, specifically the type of cheese. I am done ordering here, I am ordering at Jersey Mikes instead.

Actually the worst customer service from everyone there, The guys behind the counter told me they didn’t have to serve me in the last ten minutes. Actual trash food that needs to be closed down. Pretty sure I saw a rat running around back there too

I came in 12 minutes to close trying to grab a bite to eat after work all I was going to get was a 6 inch sub and he said no I was confused and then he said they did not have to serve me even tho they where open and shut everything down.

The customer service was absolutely awful and they tried to deny me service ten minutes before they closed. The bread tasted off and they weren’t even using gloves. There was also hair in my lettuce.

Look Old and the floor is little dirty
The employees never wash their hands. They walk up from the back room with the same gloves they were maving boxes with, then make your food. The veggies bar looks messy and dirty. They slap the ingredients together as they make your food, and it looks awful. I was a manager of a Subway many many years ago.... I would never be OK with this location.

If I could give a zero I would. Just placed a mobile order. It's literally typed out. They didn't make my order at all as requested. Not toasted. Stuff I didn't want, tomatoes, no extra onions, pickles, banana peppers, pepper jack cheese like requested. I asked for both subs to be double toasted. None were at all. They were cold. I'm traveling along the interstate. It's mother's day. To say I'm angry is an understatement. This isn't what I ordered. I shouldnt have to open up subs that have written directions to make sure you did your job correctly. I shouldnt have to go down the interstate and get off and come back to request you do it right. I don't have the time for that nonsense!!!! I'm going to look up the legalities of it and dispute with my bank if I can. It's absolutely ridiculous. The store was empty. I asked for napkins and the girl said they were in the bag as the guy was trying to hand me a few I said I needed more. They acted as if was an issue. That should have been my first red flag. I'm hangry that's for sure.
