Every single time I order Extra Sour Cream there fail to put it on there, and I pay for it it adds the charge to my order and they don’t put it on there how hard is it to put sour cream on the food when you specifically ask for it 0/5 garbage. You could easily put it in small condiment cups and refuse to. Worst Taco Bell in cullman do not go.

Honestly, worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food was burnt and the manager was the only person there that seem like they could count to five. Acting your wage still requires you to do the bare minimum and the workers either couldn’t or wouldn’t even do that.

Our order was missing 2 out of 12 items and we went back to ask if there was another bag and was informed they already put it in the bag. We waited for 30 minutes and no one was on the counter side of the line. We could see our burnt food sitting there Finally I spoke up and asked if I need to reorder to get someone to do something, and the girl at the drive thru window came over to help us. The person at the register was MIA. When they finally made the 2 items, after we left and opened the items they were burnt, like the one on the counter. No wonder they did give it to us the first time. The guy who finally made it had a real bad attitude. As you can see in the picture, our first item is still on the counter burnt

Kids hanging out in the parking lot nightly, we never receive all of our order, cold food half of the time. This taco bell would fail it's STAR if tested late night.

Small portion of everything on it didn't have much meat or lettuce and some of them didn't even have tomatoes some of them don't even have much of a lettuce all the mix and match we had over 24 case of soft shell taco and then I'm unsatisfied and I think y'all need to do better

I do DoorDash in Cullman a lot. This Taco Bell I get called to quite a bit. The employees have started to become very rude and develop a tone when I pull up to the drive thru at night for a DoorDash. They say literally nothing through the intercom or have a clear rude attitude when I inform them that I’m there to pick up a DoorDash. I’m sick of dealing with certain employees here who are less than professional. If you’re not happy at your job…leave. I am an Army veteran of 8 years and that doesn’t make me nothing special but a little common decency would be nice. Next time someone catches an attitude with me, I’m going to give them the same attitude back. We’re all adults here. Let’s start acting like it.
