Small portion of everything on it didn't have much meat or lettuce and some of them didn't even have tomatoes some of them don't even have much of a lettuce all the mix and match we had over 24 case of soft shell taco and then I'm unsatisfied and I think y'all need to do better

I do DoorDash in Cullman a lot. This Taco Bell I get called to quite a bit. The employees have started to become very rude and develop a tone when I pull up to the drive thru at night for a DoorDash. They say literally nothing through the intercom or have a clear rude attitude when I inform them that I’m there to pick up a DoorDash. I’m sick of dealing with certain employees here who are less than professional. If you’re not happy at your job…leave. I am an Army veteran of 8 years and that doesn’t make me nothing special but a little common decency would be nice. Next time someone catches an attitude with me, I’m going to give them the same attitude back. We’re all adults here. Let’s start acting like it.

Customer service was not so good. You cannot order your food from an actual oerson anymore here. You order on a kiosk which can be very confusing to someone who is not familiar with this type of machine. Overall food was descent.

* Just for the record, this review could hardly do the photo of what my food looked like justice, but I'll do my best. The guy at the drive-through is normally quite nice and personable, but he seemed pretty irritated tonight. If I had to guess, I would imagine it's because of the rest of the employees not doing their jobs, because my Mexican pizza was a obliterated when I opened it. I'm not sure if it just got crushed and smashed all in the box, or if it got dropped on the floor and picked back up and put into it. It took us an hour to figure out which quesadilla with steak or chicken, because each one only had about two pieces of meat in the entire thing.Also there was garbage all over the ground outside of the drive-through window. Service is normally really good here, but you guys screwed the pooch tonight; I'm disappointed... however my dog Will not be.

Do not eat here! I just threw away $15 worth of food because it was disgusting and inedible. It tasted like a floral hand lotion or cleaning product. Whoever is working the kitchen on the evening of 6-19-25 needs to be fired before they put someone in the hospital. It's been 30 minutes and i still can't get the taste out of my mouth.

No ice in the machine, most drinks were flat. Told them my order was dine in and was served as to go. Did not call my name out for my order. All in all it’s what you’d expect from Taco Bell. The employees clearly hate their jobs and do not care to maintain the place. Newly remodeled building with the same old crap experience.

A guy with green hair and piercings on his face takes my order every time we go here he is always so rude. Everyone else that works there is kind except for him he always makes my trips to Taco Bell not enjoyable.
We got 3 orders of Nacho Fries, and it was like chewing wood. They were hard, and you couldn't even chew them. It was like they had been cooked for hours, sitting under the lights. I threw them away. Nacho Fries are my favorite, but those most Definitely weren't.

The food was fine, the guy with the blue hair was extremely rude and seemed miserable while doing his job. When I had to come back through to get sauces (he didn’t ask the first time) he rolled his eyes, took a handful and slammed them into my hand, dropping some of them out the window.
