I only go to this taco bell when visiting family and everytime they never fail to have missing items and occasionally have items we didnt even order. I understand doing this sometimes but its EVERYTIME I'VE WENT THERE. The taco bell where i live almost never does this.

Went through this drive through for a quick meal around 10pm, and my food was wrong twice. Asked for mild sauce, and they gave all hot sauce. my taco and the wrapper was soaked in grease and sauce. Not to mention my nachos were completely stale and dumped out in the bag. As for my partners food, the cheesy roll up was completely stuck to the wrapper and the man who was serving us, shut the window on us without saying a word.

New store, new foods, new people. Portion control is important and I understand that, however if your only going to put 2 pieces of lettuce on a taco you might as well not have even put it on there... Also the 5 layer was missing the nacho... The crunchwrap was missing everything that makes it a crunchwrap

The food was not so good the restaurant door too the lobby look so dirty that it gave me a bad taste for the food
We actually drove to cullman to eat at restaurant that specializes in breakfast. The breakfast restaurant web site said they are open, and would be open until midnight, well at 10 35 their doors were locked. I called and the guy said oh yeah we’ve changed our hours……he was not impressive at all. Thank goodness they were closed bc with the attitude I doubt the service or food would have been tolerable . Taco Bell right next door is where we went and the service and professionalism was excellent as is the food, I think we dodged the bullet, bc the breakfast restaurant definitely doesn’t want people’s business, But TACO BELL we give 10 stars in all area to this Taco Bell. I want to thank the server for his patients, his friendly knowledgeable service! We also want to thank the ones that prepared our meals to perfection! THANK YOU!

The young man that took our order at the drive through, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, he patiently and thoughly answered all our questions. We got the impression that he enjoys his job, that he takes pride in getting the orders correct. He was everything a person working with public should be and so much more. Our order was exactly as we ordered it and so delicious, served hot. Our entire experience at TACO BELL was way above average. Thank you for such great service and great food!

If could give negative I would it’s very sad that the 157 one screws up so much they have a remake list and everyone that works there always seems high at night can’t comprehend anything u say when ur face to face with them. Tip never customize ur orders and pull all ur food out before u leave and open and check each individual one I’ve tried to give them multiple chances even reminding them at the speaker and window that there’s a few things customized and make sure we have all our food not that it works. they wonder y they don’t get paid more then min wage and not made to pass a drug test

Totally disgusting. Very dirty restaurant. No paper toweling. Toilet paper empty. 3 women working. Only one other customer in restaurant. No one in drive through. Screwing around, playing on phones, and eating laffy taffy. Asked for 4 tacos (2 without lettuce)—took 10 plus minutes and then they made the tacos wrong. Wouldn’t let us order. Made us do on kiosk. March 23 about 11. Fire them. Never have had this horrible customer service—ever.
