Negative experience here, has motivated us to STOP tipping culture for to-go orders.
1st of all, it took 4 phone calls before they answered the phone. I’m not trying to sell you an extended warranty or time share! Then, when we realized we were missing an item, it took about 8 times to get them back on the horn.
The gal whom we tipped $8 to incorrectly BAG our food, would not make eye contact or speak to me when we returned to get the missing item. Which, was irksome seeing as how she didn’t even have the gall to amend her own mistake which we paid her generously for. This is why we will no longer be generously tipping for to-go orders. You absolutely did not earn that $8. This expected tipping culture is now driving me nuts.
Another gal informed me we would have to wait for the item to be made even though I had called ahead & told them we were returning for the item. I waited another 15+ minutes. Meanwhile, a couple standing at the counter leafed thru our bag to see if it was there take out order & I'm wondering if this is sanitary.
Upon getting home, food is cold & husband is unimpressed by the item we returned ti restaurant for.
I’m very disappointed in this whole experience & sad because we love some of the food there & prefer to eat locally over big chains. However, if Applebees or whatever big fat chain can manage the to go’s better, we will have to take business there.

I went there on a Thursday night, the food was good, the atmosphere was relaxed. I got the patty melt and ranch fries and they were soo good.

Worth the drive. Super fast service and hot delicious food! Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Their Ranch fries are definitely something you don't want to miss. You can have them as an appetizer or as a side. I included a picture of their lunch menu but not their regular menu.

I hate to leave a negative review when the servers are so great. However, I feel that it's my duty to all of my fellow beer drinkers. 4 pints(the equivalent of 1 pitcher) were $22 and change before tip, $27 and change after tip at 3 in the afternoon on a Monday. This probably doesn't mean much to someone who doesn't drink beer, but it means a lot to those who do and can get a pitcher for $11 at the same time of day at Pasquale's or Grumpy's. They do have really good burgers and ranch fries, but if I come back, it will be on a Thursday, which is the only day of the week that they have happy hour.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch yesterday while we were out running errands. We were there at noon and only 2 others were there and at first we were scared. We had a very sweet waitress, I think she said her name was Whitney. I had the all the way cheeseburger and ranch fries and it was amazing. The burger was fresh and the fries were delicious. The ranch is made there. Rob had medium, traditional wings and he says they are the best he’s ever had. He also had the onion rings. We will definitely be back!

I originally came in to see the challenge burger that they offered.But now, they no longer offer as of six months ago, not enough people ordering it. But the burgers that me and my party got were all excellent
The hostes didn't say a word to me with was a little weird. But food made up for it.

Good waitress for the most part.. my food was not at all what I’m used to getting here. I ordered my Girlfriend boneless wings to take home to her and they were cooked so long they were so hard you couldn’t even cut them with a steak knife. I was wondering why no one was in the parking lot ?? I believe I know why now. Kids running in and out of kitchen and employees were more interested in talking than working… Probably will be back, just not anytime soon.
