Normally we have no issues when we eat here but today was the day. Everything was cold. Our chicken wings had broken bones sticking out. My salad was pathetic. Just lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese and 1 little buffalo chicken finger cut up over it. We were also missing an order of fries and our extra ranch. To be as pricey ($70) they are you’d think they could at least quality check their food. Very disappointed. Make sure you check your food before you leave and drive back home.

First time visiting. From the moment we walked in the hostess was very cold and obiously upset over something. I tried polite small talk with her and was answered in a very short 'leave me alone' manner. We placed a $70 order for carryout (dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow) and waited. It took around 15-20 mins to throw together so kudos to the kitchen on timing 👍. When the hostess brought it back to the counter I was intending to leave her a cash tip but she sat the bag on the counter and walked away quicker than I could get my wallet out. I did manage to ask if everything was there before she got too far away and she waved a hand and said 'yeah'... fast forward to me making it home and imagine my suprise to find my order incorrect. I ordered a side of onion rings and a side of fries, recieved 2 orders of onion rings. I ordered burger baskets and both baskets had maybe 10 fries each.

We are fairly new to Cullman, so we have only been here twice. First time was great, so we went again to gauge consistency. The burgers are simply the best in the state. I’m surprised that more reviews don’t acknowledge this. They also serve Miller highlife (the champagne of beers), regular Coors (yellow jacket for those who celebrate), along with standard Modelo, Michelob Ultra, and a few local beers on tap. Fries are good, and they are known for ranch fries, which I’ve never had, because fries are supposed to be naked, other than when served in poutine. Prices are good and somewhat cheaper than most full service places. Atmosphere is a little bit off but it simply doesn’t matter because they are serving up perfect burgers. Onion rings, which are hand-battered and very thickly cut, are better than most. The fried banana pudding is unique and is even better than I imagined. It was also huge, so I recommend splitting it if you are with someone. Service is really friendly, as well.

and order at 752 they have already turned the grill off and aren’t cooking anymore food. Maybe this is normal but I have never heard of this. We will take our business elsewhere… so much for trying to support local. Chain it is.

First time to eat here. The waitress was very professional and patient while we checked out the minue. It took some time to get the food, but it was hot and worth the wait. The tea was some of the best I have had in a restaurant, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend trying this place out if you like a good burger. 👍
I love the ranch fries here so much I usually order them as my meal, but the service makes me never want to go back. I don’t expect much from the staff here as they’re all younger and typically hanging out together at the front of the restaurant rather than checking on their customers. This last experience was ridiculous, though. Our server never once checked on us after bringing our food, we never got refills, and another server threw change she was tipped onto the metal counter loudly when her table left. At the end of our meal, we were waiting for at least 15 minutes after we finished our food, sitting back with empty plates, as our server sat at the front of the restaurant with the other servers talking and on their phones. My boyfriend made eye contact with her 3 times and she still didn’t come to the table. We were wanting to order dessert and get drink refills, but she laid down our check and told us to pay when we were ready and promptly walked away and into the back, so we never got to order dessert. I’m not a big fan of the meals I have tried here either, but I know there are other things people do love, so I’ve never held that against the restaurant. However, something needs to change with the staff because it is effecting the experience enormously. This was also a little after lunch and there were only 2 other tables filled, so being busy is not an excuse this time.

I had high hopes for this place. I came here for lunch on a Thursday. I should have walked out after waiting five plus minutes before anyone greeted me at the door.
Once I was seated my waitress was prompt to take my order so I thought things were looking up. That was the last prompt thing that happened. I waited for 10 minutes for her to bring me a sweet tea. The food, hamburger and fries took another 30+ minutes to make it to my table. I was never asked how my food was, my tea was never refilled. Once I was done eating it took 20 minutes before I got my check.

The wings tonight were the worst I've had in twenty years. They were hard, lukewarm at best, and probably cooked a few days ago. What used to be my "go to" for wings in Cullman has become somewhere I will not go back to.
