First time to eat here. The waitress was very professional and patient while we checked out the minue. It took some time to get the food, but it was hot and worth the wait. The tea was some of the best I have had in a restaurant, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend trying this place out if you like a good burger. 👍

I love the ranch fries here so much I usually order them as my meal, but the service makes me never want to go back. I don’t expect much from the staff here as they’re all younger and typically hanging out together at the front of the restaurant rather than checking on their customers. This last experience was ridiculous, though. Our server never once checked on us after bringing our food, we never got refills, and another server threw change she was tipped onto the metal counter loudly when her table left. At the end of our meal, we were waiting for at least 15 minutes after we finished our food, sitting back with empty plates, as our server sat at the front of the restaurant with the other servers talking and on their phones. My boyfriend made eye contact with her 3 times and she still didn’t come to the table. We were wanting to order dessert and get drink refills, but she laid down our check and told us to pay when we were ready and promptly walked away and into the back, so we never got to order dessert. I’m not a big fan of the meals I have tried here either, but I know there are other things people do love, so I’ve never held that against the restaurant. However, something needs to change with the staff because it is effecting the experience enormously. This was also a little after lunch and there were only 2 other tables filled, so being busy is not an excuse this time.

I had high hopes for this place. I came here for lunch on a Thursday. I should have walked out after waiting five plus minutes before anyone greeted me at the door.
Once I was seated my waitress was prompt to take my order so I thought things were looking up. That was the last prompt thing that happened. I waited for 10 minutes for her to bring me a sweet tea. The food, hamburger and fries took another 30+ minutes to make it to my table. I was never asked how my food was, my tea was never refilled. Once I was done eating it took 20 minutes before I got my check.

The wings tonight were the worst I've had in twenty years. They were hard, lukewarm at best, and probably cooked a few days ago. What used to be my "go to" for wings in Cullman has become somewhere I will not go back to.

The people here are so friendly and I love the atmosphere! The only thing that turned me off was when I placed two orders for small cheese fries (a cup of a ranch on the side for just one order) and it was 17 dollars. That’s meal prices not side item prices. I feel like their price points are a little off for the food in my opinion, but I also don’t own a restaurant. Also, the styrofoam container that they used on both orders, the bottoms almost fell through where they were caving from extreme heat im assuming (that’s a plus for hot food)! Will continue to come back!
The fried green tomatoes were fantastic and so were the onion rings and fried banana pudding, but the hamburger was straight up burnt. My sister's entres were greasy.

I don't know if it's the new owners or what, But every sense the fire the wings have been terrible. I tried them once and they were lack luster. Then we decided the other day to try them again and once again they were very disappointing. They use to be semi crispy but was covered in a good thick sauce, now they ARE done but the skin is very mushy and their is little too no flavor at all. Really disappointed because they use to have the best wings in town hands down. This is just my opinion, and I am sure there are some that disagree and that's fine. To me though they are pulling up the rear in the wing department in cullman and that's sad.

If you are looking for good quality pub food, this is it! We especially enjoyed Krystal as our server. She was so pleasant and made our experience. We especially enjoyed the mushrooms and if you like spicy, you should try the downtown sauce.
Pretty good food, the triple club was great.
