Food was great. I had wings and my wife had a burger. Our server was fantastic and took great care of us. Only complaint I had is a couple of my wings were kinda cold but everything else was great.
Meh. It's ok. General manager is actually a rude guy. I said I had management experience and he just ignored me after that lol. Kayla and the other girl were absolutely awesome ? food is nothing special. Shift change, so I tipped 2 different people.

Definitely recommend left an instagram post about it. Everything was amazing the food, the employees only thing negative was the napkins but don’t worry I would definitely say come here and eat great for families!

We have been eating at the grill for years. Our last visit was recent and didn't go well. Took 35 minutes to get our order. Cheese fries order was half the normal amount.The wings were greasy and had no flavor. What has happened?

I’m from out of town, and my wife and I had lunch here for the first time today. Her Philly Cheesesteak was really good, and my burger was good. Folks working there are very friendly. Only 2 Criticisms: The burger had a little too much salt, so I would back off just a little. Also, and this applies to the entire city of Cullman, the water tastes so bad don’t try to drink it or the tea. I don’t think locals notice but it tastes like mud to me.

We ordered food and paid online. We checked into pick our food up, waited 50 minutes and no one ever came back to bring our food or give an update! Employees avoided coming to the front of the restaurant. We attempted to call and the phone was turned off. We left with no food.I hate we had this experience because we have always enjoyed dining at The Downtown Grill!

Best Philly cheesesteak I’ve found in Alabama! My husband raved about the chicken bacon ranch wrap. And I had to try it! It was amazing also! The hostess and waitress were very friendly but in no way overbearing. We need to come much more often!
