I just want to take a second to say that the chef that cooked my steak tonight (11/21) is very talented. Not one bit of gristle or fat and it was seasoned perfectly/insanely tender. Everything else we ordered was delicious, but the steak rivaled a lot of steakhouses I’ve been to. Thank you for a great meal!!

The food is average at this location compared to other locations. Part of my order was missed and rather than offering to bring the missed item, I was asked to come to the register and pay for it. The young gal was sweet that asked to come pay, but she should be empowered to make decisions for good customer service. All the tables had dirty dishes on them and no one was bussing them. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this location needs better management.

We just had lunch here and had the steak and lime rice. It was SO GOOD! This food is the cleanest you can get. Highly recommend

The food was the only issue, while the mix of ingredients was tasty both sandwiches ordered literally hat 1 thin slice of meat cut into 3 pieces with all ingredients combined both slices of bread touched each other. One was the BALT I had to hunt for the bacon and avocado and the same for the turkey crunch, that sandwich was all thick strands of cabbage, that’s what the crunch part is I guess. For the price plus the upfront asked for tip very disappointing
We had an investor meeting here on Tuesday! The food was wonderful. We sat outside and our service was excellent. Five stars to Urban Cookhouse for accommodating us so nicely and being so nice. They went above and beyond for us!!

We were ignored by the staff while waiting to order. Our gluten-free order had to be remade because it was brought to the table with a roll on it (my sister has severe celiac disease); and there was no apology offered. The small sweet rolls that were included with our other orders were hard. On the plus side, the portion sizes were very large, prices very reasonable, and the orders came out quickly. The food was all good.

Price paid was higher than menu price. Food was warmed, not fresh. Order was missing ingredient. Roasted potatoes were spongy, indicating they were also rewarmed Disgusting!! Will not ever return.

Staff was great, restaurant has a cool look to it. Broccoli salad was great. Mac and cheese was ok, pork was terrible. Smoked in something that smelled terrible and very soggy. Bread was not good either. Overall decent place but did not like the food.
