Where do I start the coffee was old my bacon was burnt on one side raw on the other toast was cold waitress never checked on us she was too busy looking for her phone and some gentleman at the bar the cook was more interested in the sitting in the booth the waffle was good my hashbrowns would have been good if I wouldn't have had to wait 20 min to get what I wanted I wanted for them.

The service was great. Greeted with a smile and fast service after ordering the food. My girlfriend got really sick after ordering the chicken melt sandwich. She said the chicken tasted off and my food was decent but not great at all. We have both decided to never stop in again and eat. So many more options for food in the area

The waitress overcharged for a 7.50 meal then got rude when my mother asked for the manager then michelle was rude n told her take her business elsewhere? Who's fault is it when waitress over charges??? How stupid

Rosie was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful. It seemed like she was new, but she was doing the best she could and I definitely appreciate her amazing attitude. The cook, April, I believe that was her name was extremely rude and ugly towards Rosie. The cook was making loud comments for the entire restaurant to hear. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. She put Rosie down multiple times. Even with all this, I watched Rosie handle all the customers with a smile on her face. The manager was just letting all this happen as well. I can’t believe this is the way new staff is treated. No wonder you can’t keep people.

Absolutely awful place to eat at the late shift. We arrived at 9:05 pm and our drink order was never taken after we walked out at 9:25.
This place has AWFUL workers that work the night shift. They should be fired immediately.
Great place to eat during the day but absolutely atrocious place to eat at night.
Avoid at all cost for the night shift, these people are incompetent.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this Waffle House, it WILL BE THE LAST.( I know people have off days that’s why I went back a few times) I thought when you walk in it is cooked to order. When you order extra crispy bacon on your sandwich and order a side of extra crisp bacon, then when you get home only to have it close to raw.

We were served expired milk and they knew about it because the girl said it just expired today before she even looked in the fridge. Then she didn't take it off the bill and said that she kept it because we got different drinks even though milk is more expensive than a regular drink. All of the food was horrible.

There is definitely a reason the average is high at this location. Growing up in Georgia and Alabama I would have to say this is the best Waffle House I’ve been to when it comes to service and quality of food. Aug 7th 2025 at 9:30pm Sarah and the gentleman that cooks all the food did a fantastic job. Very hospitable people. Represents Alabama and the Waffle House chain well. The cook made the steak a true medium rare. At other locations I always end up getting a medium well to well done but this spot got it on the dot. I will be back again.
