we go to waffle house like it’s a religious thing for a relationship it’s where our first date was so it’s our place. we just moved to cullman so was trying it out and one waitress was absolutely bubbly she’s in highschool and how she acted was outstanding. but our waitress was very rude and i didn’t appreciate it. my wife got onions in her hashbrowns but they were not given and i ordered mine with chili and it was given in a bowl. i can say that the lady with the lees teeth had the most of the biggest problem.

-1:30 am I woke up and craved Waffle House- I go place my order it’s around 35 dollars don’t get the drink while I wait. 5 ppl working no problem I ask to get my drink. Waited patiently - get my food go home everything’s burnt. I try to convince my husband to eat it but he chipped a tooth and was totally done with it. I’m not one to try to make a fuss but 35 bucks for food Thts burnt AND my husband won’t eat his. I went for a refund with all the food in hand was very polite about it until the lady at the counter gave me an underhanded jab. “This can’t be all the food” - i told her every individual item that was in my bag and told her witch waitress and time the order was placed. She told me tht none of the items were burnt but well done— I work food I know what the food is supposed to look like— but I needed to bring the food back several hours later an talk to a manager on that shift because she couldn’t help me with a refund. I told her I didn’t want the food back she told me she could keep it for the next manager.. 1 I tried to avoid goin back to deal with this BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO GET BACK OUT. 2 I got back out and you can’t help me?? Was a waste mf my time3 you back handedly Called me a liar because I wanted a simple refund because the food was in fact BURNT?I was so polite and tried to be the one tht was calm and understanding - because I do understand that things happen we are human -but the moment you tell me that the food isn’t burnt, call me a liar about all the food being brought back, and waste my time then my attitude changes and reviews are left like this.

I love all day breakfast - nothing special, just eggs and hash browns, but cooked well and served hot. That's exactly what I got, with friendly service. This Waffle House was clean and well-organized. The waitress let me sit at a table (too short for the counter) despite not being a group. I'll be back.Parking: Several spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Set back and a little uphill from Hwy 157. Look for the sign.

My hashbrown were over cook, asked for a remake which they did after throwing the burnt hashbrowns out then putting what was left back on the grill which I had already eaten off out of. We I got it back half of my hashbrowns were cold somehow and the new hashbrowns were hot. The little bit of ketchup I had put on it was still there. Plus the cook never changed her gloves after handling chicken, pork, and then tomatoes and lettuce!!! Absolutely disgusting, but we did manage to get my hashbrown bowel taken off. Service was good kept coffee filled.

My son and I came in before lunch. There was hardly anything in my sandwich, no waitress stood and talked to the tables she knew and never refilled our beverages once. We had to ask several times for the check and finally just went to the register and stood there for 5 minutes after asking for the check there. Probably not going back to that Cullman, Alabama location .

My only complaint I might have about this visit was the ( door core / greeter / waiting list person ) who was not quite attentive enough , and offered a lame excuse .I once held this position years ago in a different state, and certainly qualified to make this assessment.

Our waitress was the only nice person there we eat at waffle house often but the food was all messed up my order I always get hardly had any meat on the sandwich so I asked the waitress who turned and ask the manager the manager turn looked at me and said that's how it comes honey I told her it was not and was told oh well deal with it
